The website doesn’t work. And the help email address doesn’t work either. Does anyone know what happened?

Fairly expensive but then the travel distance and import duty can't be avoided, but pleased to be able to satisfy a craving from back home. I usually have to wait until someone is travelling from the USA and have luggage space, but now I know how to get my food desires satisfied. I note the added sweets thrown in the packaging, a nice touch.

Got two £20 mystery boxes, one as a gift and one for myself, the delivery stated 2/4 working days, didn't arrive until 7 working days later. Not much variety of difference between the two boxes. Pretty much identical with maybe a different flavour of drink and pack of crisps. That's about it. Wouldn't buy again

Excellent experience with taste of the states. All items I thought were reasonably priced. One item was substituted but that was fine because it was the same item just in a different flavour! I will definitely be ordering again.

No items received, no communication

Made an order - didn't arrive. Tried to contact the company via email, via Facebook and via Instagram - no response to any order. Would avoid at all costs, please don't lose your money like I did.

They will steal your money

They have been accepting orders, taking money and not sending anything out, clearly knowing they are ceasing trading with no communication and website down. Shame on you for taking peoples money knowing you can’t refund or send out goods

Haven’t received my items! Website closed

Placed an order for next day delivery a week ago. Had no communication, no tracking information and no replies to emails and social media messages. Looks like the website is down or been closed. I’ll have to go through my bank to try and get a refund.

Yay, I finally got my Amos cookies.

I originally placed my order on 26/03/2024. Expecting to get it some days later. A week had passed and I had received no tracking emails or product. I sent inquiring emails which received no response. That in addition to their website appearing to be down spurred me to get a refund which I did.

I was later pretty surprised to get an email from the owners stating that their website had been having some issues, that rendered them unable to dispatch the product and send tracking update emails. I informed them, that many people like myself believed the website had been shut down and that we (customers) wouldn't get our orders and thus sought refunds from PayPal or our banks.

Since I had been fully refunded, they cancelled the shipping of the order. Telling me they were ready to dispatch as soon as they received payment. I paid on 08/04/2024 and received my order two days later on 10/04/2024. Which was great. The packaging is cute, it comes in a big red box and I got some free candy too.

Ordered a £50 “mystery box” arrived…

Ordered a £50 “mystery box” arrived home no damage to the box and got very little in it, totalled it up separately on the website which came to less than £20 asked the company what was going on and they said I should have got other stuff that obviously weren’t in the box and that they “wouldn’t be investigating this any further” poor customer service

The quality of the items was not great, the chocolate had clearly being left in heat to melt! I have ordered items previously and never had this issue, pretty disappointed 🤷‍♀️

Great customer service and fantastic products

I initially faced a delivery mix-up, but thanks to Rebecca's prompt and effective resolution, everything was sorted seamlessly. Her quick communication was reassuring, and she not only refunded the delivery cost but also added some thoughtful freebies to my package. Highly recommend.

I ordered a £20 mystery box last week

I ordered a £20 mystery box last week, I had gotten no shipping update or tracking and delivery was meant to be 3-4 days. I then messaged them 6 days later asking them to look into it. Now I didn’t receive a response but that’s ok as the next day my parcel was sent out and it arrived 2 days later. Over a week from when I ordered but I didn’t mind as I wanted it for Christmas. It has arrived and I’m quite disappointed by the contents of the mystery box, it just doesn’t seem like much for £20 so I went onto the website and added all of the items individually to my cart to see the total, the total came to £19. Which is dosheartening. I also ordered a £10 mystery box from a different company and I got more than I did in the £20 box, while I appreciate you are a small company I wouldn’t order any mystery boxes again.

Customer service non existent

I never received my order. I have emailed there customer service several times but 3 weeks later I’m still waiting on a solution. All I’ve been told is that they contacted evri and they haven’t heard back. This was almost 2 weeks ago and I haven’t heard anything since.

One part of my order was wrong

One part of my order was wrong, I ordered a pick n mix which was missing half of what I had requested be put in it.. stated no where that items weren’t in stock and had been replaced if that was even the case. It was a Christmas present which the person can’t have as they don’t like what’s been put in there.

Good site poor delivery service

Ordered on the site on the 30/11/2023 got a email to say they received it and that l would receive it, l received a email from EVRI stating that it had been delivered and less than 1 1/2 hours later they email saying that it has been delayed. SORT IT OUT

I have already written a few I wasn't…

I had already written a review but I have deleted it as the issue was quickly resolved I wasn't happy because my parcel was open and items were missing when it arrived but that was EVRIS fault can I just say this company was amazing and refunded me straight away for the missing items excellent customer service from A TASTE OF THE STATES the candy is amazing too
