Excellent service ,I order the wrong type of sink and they couldn’t be more helpful ordering the correct sink and helped me with accessories needed to go with the sink .my order was late coming up to Christmas and they communicated me on this and chased up delivery company until I got my order .Will use them again. And products are of great quality and good value for the price I paid .I got a sink and toilet and accessories toilet roll holder and towel ring .

I’m now left stranded trying to figure out how to lug a bathtub to my 2nd floor apartment myself. The centre of Dublin City is too rural for them to do two person deliveries - they can do those only in the uk. And the fault is mine apparently, because this information is buried in the terms and conditions. If I’d known, would’ve gone with an Irish business.

The shower mixing unit was very high quality and very reasonably priced when compared to over the shop counter products. The unit is very well made and robust. The ordering process was very straightforward and a clear indication was given as to when the product would be delivered. On delivery the mixing unit was exactly what was displayed. Extremely satisfied with the product and the service.

As stated on our terms and conditions pallets are normally used for large, heavy or fragile items and when the number of items on an order makes delivery more efficient via a pallet service. Pallet deliveries are made to an accessible kerbside location on firm ground near to the delivery address.
Unfortunately we do not have a 2 man delivery option available for your location, this is the reason why that option was not available at checkout when you placed the order. We do advise on our website that we are registered in the UK.
I will continue to monitor the delivery of your order to ensure delivered successfully. I will also be in touch to confirm everything is ok once delivered.

Unfortunately both parts of the toilet arrive broken, they also somehow got separate during transit and arrive on different days. Price was great, order was easy to process, but without being able to use the actual toilet we ordered, I cant give anymore then a 1, I guess just to far to travel.
although had the above experience, I cant fault the service, thank you for your help
