They promised me to refund 188,69kr on…

They promised me to refund 188,69kr on 18th of June, but they never did!! I replied Mr. Zac three times to confirm his offer, but nothing happened! Below is the email I received:
“ Dear Jianqiao,
Thank you for contacting us.
Please accept our sincere apology that you have received a faulty item.

We would like to review a suitable price reduction if you want to keep the item, as this is more environmentally friendly. This way, you could repair the defect yourself if possible.

We can offer you a 35% price reduction on the price you paid for the item which corresponds to 188.69 DKK. Please note that if you approve this offer, you can not make another claim about the same defect.
Please let us know which solution you prefer and we will gladly help you.

Garbage product that arrived with…

Garbage product that arrived with broken parts and two of the same wall for 500$. Worst money ever spent. When customer service was contacted about obtaining the correct parts the only answer I was given was that they we not set up to accommodate the wrong parts being packaged and shipped and there was nothing they could do! This company is trash and should be labeled a scam. So yourself a favor and buy something else. You’ll be glad you did. Fukn crooks

Cancelling orders for products available

Boozt cancelled my orders trhice and explained that it´s because they suspect I will not keep the product - Really ???
Boozt is profiling and declining purchases for products available. I have made a complaint to the Danish Consumer ombudsman and Danish Dataprotection agency and will never reccomend nor shop with Boozt nor Booztlet again.

Really bad customer service

Really bad customer service. Don’t buy anything here that you might need to return due to nonfit (example kids shoes or running shoes) They will simply block your account in the future.

Selling expired skincare to customers!!!!

I bought an expensive skincare product only finding it says expiring in June 2019. Hey, it's already mid-June 2019!!! How could you sell expired skincare!!!

RUSTING AFTER 3 YEARS - DON'T BUY

I bought an Aloha 3 years ago -- and now it is rusting around the drain. Would NOT recommend any of their line from this one experience. And what do they offer for a warranty? 1 year!!! I year for something that supposed to stay in 20 years. Don't buy their products.

hey sent me a dress with holes in it

hey sent me a dress with holes in it. I've emailed both their customer services in the uk and eu to no avail - 4 times each but every time it gives an error message. I called after holding on for 15 minutes and I was promised to be called back by Kaisa but I've not heard. I've tried calling and calling. Apparently there was some platform issue.

Finally got through. Item is now sold as they refused to hold it for me in the interim despite sending faulty goods. So not only faulty goods but no customer focused solution. Good luck to anyone who buys with them and has a problem. Apparently they've now sent me an email with a £20 voucher. Well - really - why would I buy from them?

"God Jul fra Bootz" rabat code

With delivery of my Christmass shoping package back in December I got "God Jul fra Bootz" rabat code, to be used by 29.4.2017. Last week I was shopping online again, and due to page reloading didn't realized that it dissapeared and that I have to reapply it. I wrote to customer service immidiately after experiance, but no one responded to me. Finally I called them and was told that I can forgot it - it cannot be applied by Customer Service afterwards.

Well, dear Bootz, thank for your useless "God Jul fra Bootz" rabatcode.
