It was an easy installation! Might include when purchasing that some tools might be required OR just include the correct screwdrivers in the packaging. I think some instructions could also be included on how the lock works!

This product is worth it's cost and made of great quality. I greatly appreciated the way everything came packaged and how clear the instructions were. I would only recommend having a way for the plastic base to snap onto the metal base.

They accidentally packed the wrong cord. I was able to easily contact them and they were super responsive and quick to send out the correct cord. I really appreciate their customer service and quick action to make it right. Also, I have really been enjoying the stand. It looks sleek and has been a great addition to our check in area.

Superior Customer Service

I am a first time customer from the United States who was searching for a company that supplied kiosks for registration purposes. My prior experiences using Kiosks has been from a consumer's vantage point i.e. to make purchases, check- in for flights or even sign in for medi-centers. I never imagined I would be the one on the other end researching companies to decide the most efficient Kiosk that would serve our needs . And yet, that is where I found myself.

The initial thought of choosing the "right" kiosk/company was intimidating for me because of my lack of knowledge and understanding in this area. I did not know exactly what to look for: What made one Kiosk more efficient than another? How does this technology work? How long does it take to receive shipment? What is the return policy? How easy or difficult would it be to assemble?

Bouncepad.com made my process less intimidating and more empowering. After browsing the website of the variety of kiosks by type, device, product, and environment I had a sense of what I needed to move forward. What caused me to choose bouncepad was the superior customer service I received. I had the honor and privilege to encounter James Welch on my first call. He was patient, kind, he understood the product and addressed my concerns. James was with me from the first day when I did not make a purchase (provided clarity and told me to reach out if I had any further questions); to the day I ordered, received and assembled the first kiosk (with his help); to purchasing the remaining kiosks needed and always following up. James has been a blessing. Thank you James for your Superior Customer Service. It is a breath of fresh air! Thank you Bouncepad!
