The ease of purchasing the appliance, a Indesit
clothes dryer, on line. I received a call from the store confirming the purchase, and advising of the delivery date. Delivery only took 2 days. The driver called and pre arranged a time slot, and arrived with the time. The ease of removal of the old appliance. Excellent service from start to delivery.
Coffee machine is a great little thing. Price was brilliant. Ordered it on the Monday evening, selecting the click and collect option. Got a call on Tuesday morning letting me know it was ready for pick-up. Straight to the point and no messing about.
Have been buying our electrical items from Briscoes for nearly 30 years now...still have the fridge we bought off them in 1995. Had a washing machine replacement emergency recently and they were absolutely amazing. The staff have always been really helpful but the whole team went above and beyond to help. Thank you so much. Siobhan and the gang...you were lifesavers! We'll be back! :-)

Ordered a kettle from them over a week ago. Assumed a day or two for delivery. Emailed me to say order shipped,I clicked email link, no shipping reference, no change in order status. No sign of delivery. No one answers the phone, Emailed them to find out what’s happening no response- black hole.
Avoid if you are ordering for delivery they’re all over the place. Maybe I’ll get my cup of tea in time for Christmas 🙄
