I was pleased that my digital phone was reconnected after more than a month of not being able to use it. The member of staff did a good job, very helpful.
My BT Connect problem was put back into oper
ation yesterday by a member of staff who knew what he was doing. He talked me through the procedure after a number of problems to achieve this earlier. Very satisfied with the end result. Thanks.

I understand that the call connected with "India" the Handler discovered that there was a muddle of billing to the incorrect address and probable bank account. Both we have. There were no account numbers, or help numbers on any of our online invoices for one address. We have no current line numbers. Password, probably lost somehow our end, email address not recognised either. The handler did an excellent job 23rd Dec but we were unable to reconnect, as planned, at our 5pm. GMT. There may have been contact 10am ish Tuesday 24th. It is also possible that the Handler was inadvertently checking the incorrect router on our broadband, we have atleast two at GU24 9LD Florence house. One keeps dropping out. We would like someone to inform us of the account numbers and broadband numbers

Bt are thieves, liars, frauds, bullies, incompetent. They damage businesses.
I agreed a £35 contract in Aug 23. They screwed me for a £117 contract in Sept 24.
They are incompetent, useless to c
ontact. Tell lies, send you everywhere to talk to anyone, who can't help, they tell lies, give false promises, bully, send wrong bills, open cancel order as
They  completely destroyed my business and do not care. Infact bullied me into a five year contract as they lied and said I couldn't get what I had originally agreed. Even the ombudsman agreed but said they could only deal with certain parameters and areas. BT use the system to hurt you.

Complain through the ombudsman as this costs BT a lot but not you.

Jordon, the BT engineer was very good, but we still have very poor internet/wi-fi service which has been a long standing problem with BT, just trying to speak to someone at your call centre is impossible, so very frustrating and disappointed and will continue to be for us.
We have no problem with your on site engineers but the system, trying to speak with someone at BT is frankly hopeless.
We would like to leave BT if possible

Multiple SIP WAN DOWN errors makes BT Business internet provision unreliable

My business cannot survive the flaky internet provision from this company. I’ve had so many disruptions to my service I don’t have any confidence in relying upon it to deliver. After analysing my event log from the hub I am getting multiple “SIP WAN DOWN” errors, at least three per week. The hub doesn’t auto recover from losing the internet provision which means I have to physically reset the power to the hub and force a reboot. The interruptions occur at different times and without any warning.
During my contract I’ve also had Sky internet provision for my family to run their needs without my business impacting them. Sky’s service has not faltered during the multiple outages from BT Business. Even the provision of Virgin Media’s digging up the village pavements to supply fibre to each house, has not disrupted Sky’s service but BTB has failed many times.
A service complaint a month ago resulted in an engineer claiming to have remotely reconfigured the hub or the service to cater for the issue but nothing has really changed. It’s still flaky.

BT problem

BT Business Cloud System isn't for WFH

New Cloud System was foisted upon us - the old Cloud System worked perfectly well. New one seriously flawed:
Missed calls - only Voicemail shows up on email so you have to go into the Call log if a call is unanswered. Not great for WFH.
We have 4 phones - when a call comes in, and phone 1 answers, 3 phones are deemed to have missed the call so the Call log is seriously messed up with missed calls on one number which can't be filtered.
Website designed by Techies for Techies with no thought to the end user.
There's not enough space to specify all the faults.
BTW - you can't register on BT Customer forum to complain as they ask you to verify you're not a robot but there's no verification method - clever, aren't they

Catalogue of Errors

I run a holiday cottage business and I have not had broadband or phone line since 9th December. There has been error after error. Lines been cut off not reinstated . I have been promised it would be back on by 16th 17th 23rd December and now I have been told will be back up and running on 30th December. I have written to the chairman’s office let’s see if I get an acknowledgement and some compensation. Very upset business customer who has been with BT for 45 years !!!

Disappointing Experience with BT Cloud Voice

We recently set up BT Cloud Voice for our business, and the experience has been nothing short of frustrating. This isn’t the first time we’ve faced such issues—two years ago, a similar situation occurred when changes were applied, and the process was just as complicated to manage.

This time, we spent multiple days and over four hours on the phone with BT Business Customer Service trying to resolve voicemail issues. Despite all this effort, the problem remains unresolved. During the Christmas period, our customers were greeted with an irrelevant message stating, “We are currently closed on Sundays but will be open from May...” This error has caused significant disruptions during a critical time for our business.

The lack of timely support and the complexity of resolving such basic issues is unacceptable. BT's poor service has left us questioning our decision to use their platform.

I would not recommend BT Cloud Voice to businesses that rely on efficient and reliable communication systems.

No internet since 18th December

No internet since 18th December, not getting engineer until 7th Jan , waited all week for a mini hub to be delivered today, for bt to tell me sorry they cancelled it, would I like to order it again 😭😭😭😭 what the hell is going on , done what you said on reply, still nothing, I'm obviously not valued as a customer

Absolutely shocking service

Absolutely shocking service, pay through the nose for both wifi and business mobiles with stay connected service to maintain our business, tonight the broadband decided it didn’t want to work anymore and left us with no service whatsoever, leaving my wife having to leave our village to even contact bt to see what the issue was, we pay for this service as we have no phone signal so when it goes down it leaves us completely off grid, we recently upgraded to fibre after paying for the service for over 2 years previously only to be told fibre wasn’t even in our area. When the signal goes down we are dead in the water anyone have any ideas who is the best provider as we need guaranteed coverage and by is obviously not it, following up I fixed it myself so turns out a lose wire internally in my fibre box, after being told that I would be charged £700 for damage to the box and they couldn’t attend until the 29th December I decided to rip it apart and fix it myself can’t wait that long tossers. I am absolutely fuming with the operative that spoke to my wife and the outcome bearing in mind I pay extra for stay connected and business connect the new year will bring a new provider to my house, I’ve twisted the wires and will get a soldering iron out tomorrow to fix and may even send them the bill, the wire coming down my house that they have recently installed isn’t even clipped to the house correctly do yourselves a favour and don’t bother with them get a decent provider
