Unbelievable

Left me with no phones to my two businesses and said nothing they could do nothing for ten days. then offered me peanuts in compensation then said we were in deadlock. Absolutely awful company. They cost me hundreds of pounds in lost business and walked away.

Truly awful service

Truly awful service , our business went with them for FTTP broadband and had to cancel within 14 day cooling off period . Customer service is non existent as is their technical knowledge. We originally ordered this service in October and it took circa 4 weeks to complete .
A great way to lose business is to have them as your business broadband supplier .

Good service

Top service so far.
Oliver has helped me with my case of moving my broadband to different location. He was very helpful, friendly and very knowledgeable with his work. 5 star for that service.

DON'T MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE!

Terrible service, phone line down very often and there's no way to know, mind you we are a takeaway. And the worst thing is we are tied down for 3 years with them and they threaten with a termination fee every time we look to switch due to their appaling network. Don't make the same mistake!!

Poor customer service

Phoned us out the blue to offer a black friday deal.
Sounded like a good deal so I asked them to send though an email with the T&C so I can check through and have a think.
Caller said he could not do that and I had to accept the contract first over the phone and then they would send through the details. then if I wasn't happy there was a 30 day money back guarantee.
When I said that didn't sound right and surly they can send something through so we can check the deal before accepting he got frustrated and told me I can stay with my current provider and was generally just rude.
Seems like terrible customer relations before you even get started.
Happy to stay with my current provider.

Utterly useless

Utterly useless - Happy to £6k off me every year for no service and diabolical non existent comms. Cannot call them and cannot email them. Emailed the website contact address to get an email back saying to call them.

I have 2 Sky Q boxes and 6 tvs in a public house and I have no signal. Rang Sky today 3 weeks before an engineer can attend which in my opinion for a business is disgusting. I have had customers walk out of the pub today as no tvs working which is not good for my business. I am totally disgusted with the lack of service for a pub with no TV's

Poor, poor and more poor!

Moved to Sky Business Broadband in December last year. Ever since this I've had issues with the internet and phone dropping out.

I've had 2 visits from Sky engineers, about 8 visits from Openreach. 1 new router that has made no difference.

Router seems to reset its self. Of late its happening between 6 & 10 times a day.Power light stays on whilst all other lights go blank and then it restarts up.

At the end of todays call with Sky I was advised that they could not reduce my bill, could not send another router and could do no more for me. They did want to send Openreach out again who every time they have been here have confirmed that there is nothing wrong with the line.

Proper p*ssed off!

Beware of what you are told by Sky

I signed up with Sky Business and they promised me 3 months, free of any charges. I checked my bank account only to find they took the amount of £66.00 out of my account. On calling them they told me that they had made an error. After a lengthy conversation for the second time with them they said that they couldn't refund the money back into my account. They wanted to use it as a credit in future months once the free period of 3 months was over. Not only is that illegal, it's totally disrespectful. If you are contemplating joining Sky Business, be very careful and record any conversations you have with them.I'm not going to let the matter rest, and intend to get a full refund.

AVOID!!

AVOID, AVOID at all costs! Absolutely do not contact this company. After weeks waiting and hours of numerous calls, each team member telling me different stories and never replying to emails as they promise they will, just stick with trustworthy companies like EE. What a dreadful experience.

If zero star rating was an option

If zero star rating was an option, I would’ve chosen that!
Extremely disappointed in the service and follow up.
The sales team were very eager to sell me their business broadband and telephone package on their fast fiber network, signed up to the 24 month contract, and they promised that everything would be up and running within two weeks.
BT open reach appointed a subcontractor who came to do the necessary cabling, etc. Installed the box for the cabling, inside the business address. Their contractors said they would need to come back and do the rest from the outside, however since there was a flat roof above the ground floor extension, I was told it was a health and safety issue because they had to use a ladder.
On the day the installation engineer said that it wouldn’t be an issue and they would still do the install I would need to make another appointment to arrange that.
On Friday evening at 6:22 PM I received a text message that my order had been cancelled, I called in on Saturday morning to find out why and I was told that nobody was in attendance at the appointment, my business probably had 10 people on site throughout the contractor visit, I explained this to their technical support team who then said they would get somebody to call me back at 9:15 AM on 13/04/24
No, call back so I called them this morning 15/04/24 the customer service representative blatantly said “well we can’t do it” the explanation again they would have to use a ladder and health and safety issue. The telephone representative said the contract would be cancelled.
They suggested I speak to my previous supplier to who Sky had
already given notice to on my behalf, the Sky representative didn’t give a toss I asked to speak to a manager I was told I didn’t have an operating line and broadband and therefore I have no contract so it wasn’t really their problem.
BT open Reach subcontracted to another installation engineer and they basically wasted a number of hours and my time showing them where the cabling, telephone Internet points etc.
They really were not interested,
If you want, proper business telephone and broadband, don’t use Sky, it’s been an awful experience knowing that my business relies on the internet to receive prescriptions.

The sky business service is a joke

The sky business service is a joke. Absolutely awful for any small businesses. No follow up service, can't fix faulty lines and if you was expecting a decent speed we have 1.9mbps download and 17.6 upload speeds from their superfast broadband package with a 4g backup device that doesn't work.

Great customer service

We have been a sky business customer for nearly 2 years now and whenever we have had issues over the years with our broadband or landline, they are always quick to resolve it. Our landline had went down today which I believe was due to Storm Isha, so I called up sky business, got through straight away, and spoke to a very kind and helpful person who resolved the Issue as quick as possible.
