Delivered a good outcome. Friendly interactions but a very protracted process. If you choose accident management in order to have single point of contact end to end, then probably not for you. You will need to provide their partners (Kinnertons) with much of the same information which leads you to think you might have been better to just go straight to Kinnertons in the first place and cut out all the duplication. On at least two occasions I was asked to supply information that I had already supplied. Further, you will need to speak with the repair shop and the replacement vehicle provider. Would have been 5-star if it had been a single point of contact and no duplication

Awful awful company! Do not use! Trusted the garage that suggested using them, car took over 3 weeks to repair, communication was non existent, constantly calling once I had my car back upto 5 months later, and now my they have logged this claim against my own insurance even tho other party admitted fault in writing at the very beginning. Waste of time, might aswell gone to my own insurance in the first place. You've been warned ⚠️

Car Call UK, kept me up to date with what was happening with the claim, Via emails and phone calls. The other company they used also kept me informed. I had the hire car for quite a while while they tried to sort out the claim.

Great Service

Car Call UK and Kindertons have done a great job in getting my car repaired at NO COST to me (so far), which is greatly appreciated. However, the Case is NOT closed yet because the Third Party are thus far refusing to pay up and so there is the possibility of litigation etc. Hopefully, the issue will be resolved without court action.

Great service, highly recommend

I was advised to go through Car Call after somebody reversed into my car. From start to finish the service was friendly, simple and quick. The like for like or better hire car was great. Should I be unfortunate enough to be in a similar situation again I will definitely be in touch.
