Delivered a good outcome. Friendly interactions but a very protracted process. If you choose accident management in order to have single point of contact end to end, then probably not for you. You will need to provide their partners (Kinnertons) with much of the same information which leads you to think you might have been better to just go straight to Kinnertons in the first place and cut out all the duplication. On at least two occasions I was asked to supply information that I had already supplied. Further, you will need to speak with the repair shop and the replacement vehicle provider. Would have been 5-star if it had been a single point of contact and no duplication
Awful awful company! Do not use! Trusted the garage that suggested using them, car took over 3 weeks to repair, communication was non existent, constantly calling once I had my car back upto 5 months later, and now my they have logged this claim against my own insurance even tho other party admitted fault in writing at the very beginning. Waste of time, might aswell gone to my own insurance in the first place. You've been warned ⚠️

Great Service
Car Call UK and Kindertons have done a great job in getting my car repaired at NO COST to me (so far), which is greatly appreciated. However, the Case is NOT closed yet because the Third Party are thus far refusing to pay up and so there is the possibility of litigation etc. Hopefully, the issue will be resolved without court action.
