Just done the weekend intensive plastering course with Rich and I can’t recommend it enough. Rich brought great energy to the lessons and he’s knowledge is second to none.

Rich was always happy to help when we had questions or wanted to go over something we were just taught.

The only annoying part of the weekend was that some of us ordered plastering kits and the person that turned up only brought one. He acted as if we had taken him away from something important and didn’t really want to be delivering the kits to us.

Apart from that, it is a great course and thank you again Rich.

Just completed the NOCN bathroom fitting course, big thanks to all my teachers , Lee, Pete, Richard and Gwen, made it a really positive experience and learned everything I needed to confidently install my own bathroom suite. Would highly recommend these courses to anyone thinking of learning something new, get involved, well worth the money with a friendly and professional team will be back in the future for sure.

I had been wanting to learn some plumbing skills for a while, so I could deal with the common plumbing issues that occur in every home. CWBA was recommended by a friend and the Intensive Plumbing course really met my requirements. I was definitely out of my comfort zone, but having just completed the 5 day course, I have learnt so much and this has given me confidence to deal with many issues that I previously wouldn't have had a clue about. I also feel I have a much better knowledge of how plumbing and heating systems work. Lee was the instructor and I would describe him as old school, clearly very experienced and when I asked additional questions he was happy to spend time going through things, which demonstrated his supportive nature.
The course was excellent value for money.
I would definitely recommend this course.

Great setup, I have 5 years plumbing and heating experience but never had any formal training. i completed my Level 2 Plumbing and heating Diploma with Darren. Darren was thorough and went through topics in detail asking questions along the way. I was given a lot of practicals to complete during the course which helped. I would definitely recommend this course for newbies and experienced plumbers.

I did the level 2 plumbing coarse.The trainer Darren was extremely knowledgeable, very easy going and friendly.
The coarse itself was really well run and with Darren’s guidance even a beginner like myself was able to follow and pass the qualification.
All staff were friendly , especially the ladies in the office who are always available for any questions and booking of exams.
I enjoyed this coarse and would definitely recommend this training facility. I’m hoping to re attend and do another course shortly.

Done the 4 day intensive course for plumbing , with darren (1st weekend) and Lee (2nd) both trainers were excellent , the course was intense a lot to take in but really good , loved all aspects of the training and will come back for further training

I attended the 5 Day Intense plastering course between 6th and 10th January.
The course content is very good and could be suitable for an absolute beginner or someone looking to brush up their skills or gain more confidence.
The elements including preparation of any area requiring plaster whether that be drywall plaster-boarding a stud wall, ceiling ready for skimming or dot and dab onto concrete surfaces. Dealing with joints, corners, beading and techniques for cutting are all included.
Plenty of practical experience is gained across the required stages within the process to achieve a smooth, glass like finish on the plastered surface. Everyone joined in with mixing and cleaning and encouraged each other each day.
The staff at CBWA are brilliant. They operate in the real world and very down to earth and engaging with the students. All instructors from the different trades got to know and speak to us and made us all feel welcome and valued. Thank you to all of the team but especially to John who is absolutely amazing at what he does and the knowledge and experience he so willingly gives advice from without any hesitation. The pace is appropriate for all and allows for all stages and practice on any area to be repeated as required by each student. The whole group loved John and he is such an asset to CBWA and the success of the course by the way he engaged with everyone.
I would recommend CBWA to anyone looking to gain value for money training from people who clearly know what they are talking about and can deliver it in a fashion which benefits the students.

I attended the weekend intensive plumbing course and am amazed at what I have learned. Well worth the money and am genuinely confident to tackle all plumbing in my home renovation. Highly recommended for anyone doing a full house renovation.

it was a very good experience. i took the plumbing course and went in knowing absolutely nothing about plumbing at all, but i walked away with a good amount of knowledge on the basic things like the heating system, installing a toilet, isolation valves etc etc.

we covered a lot of content, really quickly, but in a concise and understandable way so that even a complete and utter beginner like me can get it.

if you’re a beginner like i was, i absolutely recommend this place to get the basics of plumbing.
