Ordered 3 mugs and they arrived in good time and shape. Price was attractive well below typical retail price. Overall pleased with value and service. I only wanted them for the house so wasn’t a problem they were obviously seconds (only minor cosmetic defects wrt glaze wobble around the rim - noticeable in one and hardly perceptible in the other two). I suggest helpful to make it clear when ordering that there may be small cosmetic imperfections in case they are intended as a special gift.

Customer Service turned around!
I ordered a swimming pool a while ago when they were in stock. There were some issues with the order which meant I received a shipping email but not my parcel. I contacted the company via LiveChat and unfortunately my request for an investigation did not take place, I received a refund without an explanation as to where my parcel was. I was eventually contacted by a supervisor who has arranged for another pool to be sent. I have not received pool yet but am happy with the level of service I have now received and am thankful that they looked into my complaint within the appropriate timescales.

The order was processed very quickly and delivered to Northern Ireland (very well packaged). I was given a tracking number too, which made receiving the parcel even easier.
The store even put something extra into my order for me, which was greatly appreciated.

Great Customer Recovery
Following delivery issue with an egg chair that we had ordered from Charlie’s, (which it soon became obvious that the issue wasn’t with Charlie’s but with their couriers), Charlie’s set about getting a replacement for us, unfortunately the one we ordered was now out of stock , however Charlie’s secured a replacement for us which eventually arrived today. I would like to thank Rebecca in Customer Service for keeping us informed and in getting us a chair that we are now very happy with. Best supplier for value for money after a lot of research. Very prompt order processing and efficient communication about delivery which was quick- very impressive given the circumstances. Awful experience with this company
Awful experience with this company. Have taken my money for an order. I have chased 3 times as to where it is. Keep getting an email saying there was an issue with their fulfillment. Where is my refund for the items you never sent me?? 4 weeks and counting. AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE!

FANTASTIC SERVICE from Charlies - in this time of Crisis & Uncertainty !!!!!!
I went to order a Hartman Heritage 9 Seater Corner Sofa Set from Charlies on 14th April 2020 as I had been looking at them for a few weeks, the price was the lowest I had seen on-line with free delivery.
When I finally went to order on the website it said SOLD OUT!
I contacted Charlies via on-line Chat and spoke to a lovely young lady who said she would check for me and was able to locate the last one for me.
Delivery was offered for 8 days time, which, when you think about what we are in the middle of, is quite acceptable under the circumstances so I was more than happy with delivery date.
I had several emails from Chloe at Charlies keeping me up-to-date with the delivery and how it will be delivered and a link for me to track delivery to my door.
When the lorry arrived, on the day and time frame that delivery was promised, 2 of the loveliest young men unloaded the very large and heavy boxes bringing them into my back garden and then off again straight away to the next delivery - my drop was number 13 of 26 drops for them that day! They were working so hard!
The Sofa set was packaged very well and assembly instruction clear and easy - so very pleased with it and it looks amazing.
After reading some of the reviews I think we all need to appreciate how hard these companies are working to keep us all sane and in some sort of normality during this very difficult time, I know I do so thank you Charlies you are so appreciated by us, keep up the good work !!

Having used all my Johnsons Quick grass seed patching a fair sized
lawn approx 5 weeks ago, I began to search for a stockist with this seed in stock.The large garden centres I use were either not open for business or waiting on a delivery 4 to 6 weeks.I decided to contact the outlet who distribute this product. The lady I spoke with was very understanding, and said a couple of companies, the first I told her they were not open the next was Charlies. I asked for the contact details , not having even heard of them before.
I then opened the website, Communication 5*, I explained I need this seed a.s.a.p. and true to their reply,I got my seed in a very quick Royal Mail delivery 5* again.This made life much easier !
