I purchased an equipment with chef's deal for the first time and unfortunately it came damaged, but Lee Hazer was able to get me a full replacement from the manufacturer very easily.

Ordered tenderizer machine 9/19/24 was never told it was out of stock or would be shipped from manufacture . 7 weeks later got the machine with no blades. Still awaiting customer service to get back to us on why no blades were shipped with the equipment. Chefs deal got their money when the order was placed and 8 weeks later still no answer. Paik 3k for a machine and can’t use it..

Ricardo at ChefsDeal provided top shelf customer service. I was so impressed! He put my order together quickly, provided a price match, interfaced with the supplier to answer my questions about the oven I was purchasing, as well as providing me with an option that I had no idea was available, and last he stayed on top of the order until it was shipped. I can’t say enough about Ricardo and ChefDeal! I needed this oven purchased, fitted, and shipped in less than 48 hours and Ricardo got all that done! Bravo!

The customer service team at Chef’s Deal went above and beyond to ensure the Donper residential margarita machine that we ordered made it to us in time for our big party. I called several times to check on the order and was greeted warmly and with attention every time; they even proactively contacted the manufacturer to request to expedite the order. The machine made it on time and frozen margaritas were enjoyed by all!! I should send one to y’all:)

Excellent Customer Service ChefsDeal

Ricardo at ChefsDeal provided top shelf customer service. I was so impressed! He put my order together quickly, provided a price match, interfaced with the supplier to answer my questions about the oven I was purchasing, as well as providing me with an option that I had no idea was available, and last he stayed on top of the order until it was shipped. Evins Mill Resort & Retreat

My business, Evins Mill Resort & Retreat, recently purchased a double-stack convection oven from Chef's Deal. The identical unit was substantially more expensive on other platforms. While the price was right, the service was better. Ricardo responded to all my inquiries and requests promptly and professionally. When there was a small snafu with the delivery of the unit, Ricardo was able to route the delivery to their warehouse and deliver it himself within days. The crew delivering the unit was very thorough, calling in advance to confirm the width of the entry door and separated the unit into its constituent parts in order to get the unit inside. I highly recommend Ricardo and his team at Chef's Deal!

Flapper valve for True upright freezer

My husband and I purchased a new commercial freezer, (True brand) after two residential freezers going out. We purchased our upright from Chef’Deal in Nashville Tn. Delivery was prompt as our circumstance was dire. The day following delivery we noticed a crackling sound separate from the motor. I called Chef’s Deal and spoke with Lee in customer service. While on the phone with me she spoke to a gentleman and immediately identified the problem. A small flapper valve for the defrost line was ordered and arrived next day delivery by UPS. She gave me four service company phone numbers and stayed in touch with me regularly until the issue was resolved. I could not be more pleased with the EXCELLANT customer service and attention we received from Lee.

Bummed out with the service!

Please save yourself money and don't use this company! I waited and waited to try to get my situation rectified before writing this review, but they did not. I'm out almost $1k and have a piece of equipment I can't use, based on the recommendation of their team. I'm very disappointed and want to save you from the same situation.

I highly recommend using Chef’s Deal…

I highly recommend using Chef’s Deal for your restaurant equipment needs. They are prompt in the order and delivery process and the customer service is outstanding. I had an issue (not the company’s fault) and Lee H. in customer service replied to me IMMEDIATELY and kept following up until the issue was resolved. I’m so used to having to repeatedly reach out to companies in order to try to get any kind of an answer, and this difference in customer service was such a huge relief.
