The customer service at Classic Bathrooms, Somerset West is absolutely superb! Every occasion I visit and spend at this shop is truly fantastic. Recently, I had to purchase a few lengths of 6m pipes, and these could not fit on my short trailer. The team went out of their way and offered to deliver the pipes to my home at no cost (10-15kms away from their shop). Even more impressive, after I had completed the plumbing, I could not get the spare 6m pipes back to the store for a credit. The owner immediately suggested I cut the pipes in half so that they could be returned to the store, and to which a full credit was given! This just blew my mind, and I will support these wonderful people for all my plumbing requirements! Well done Lynn, Kelvin and Johan...you guys are the very, the VERY best! I recently got my bathroom renovated by the team at Classic Bathrooms. All of the showroom staff were very helpful. Lots of calls about the progress and scheduling of the job. The tradesmen were all brilliant. They left the house spotless every evening and were all so safe in terms of covid regulations. I could not recommend them highly enough.
