Ordered two “Nike” quarter zip sweaters. Took a month to arrive. They are fake. No Nike labels or tags. Requested a refund and they told me to ship them back to Hong Kong at my expense! Conditions of returns are the items have to have tags on. The goods had no tags on!! After several emails they offered me 50% refund and I can keep the items! Why should I keep fake poor quality goods that are only fit to use as dusters! Dispute now underway with my credit card company. AVOID
I ordered 4 blank hoodies from this company. When wearing one of the hoodies for the first time, I realized the stitching in one of the arms had come apart. I called the company directly to advise them of the defect. I was told they would make a 1 time exception and accept the garment as a return. However, upon learning that the garment had been pressed with my company logo, they rescinded their offer to accept the return.
Given that the company’s branding is selling clothing “for crafting and DIY projects”, I find their practices to be deceptive at best.
I would highly advise against doing business with this company

So somebody (Ahmad Aita) hijacked the Orton Bros. store front and set-up clothing online dot com to be the supposed seller, anyway PayPal instantly recognized the transaction as a fraud and refunded m,uk account. So clothing online dot com better get busy and get this site dealt with, as denial is not going to cut it.
I had ordered 2 army pants for my son, they sent me 4 damaged, burnt shirts and when I raised a complaint by mailing them, they didn't bother to respond till date. They don't have any calling number, only one email id they have given where if mails are being sent, no responses are received. How can such stores get licenses to carry business and cheat customers. Very, very disappointed & dissatisfied. Offline purchases are always better.

ordered 2 pink t-shirts. Beautiful. Only they sent size Med instead of LG. I have tried online and by phone to no avail. I guess our church will be able to hand out these to people in need. You can use this company, but I will not. Be forewarned.

In regard to the refund, we processed a refund for the cost of the item and the tax, but the amount gave as a discount is deducted from the total.
You can confirm this by adding the total refunded with the shipping cost of the order. This will give you the total cost paid. Regarding the shipping cost, this is not refundable since we did ship you order as placed.

In searching for a particular style of shirt online, I came across Clothing Shop Online's ad for it, and it was on sale. I have never used this company before, so I take a peek at the reviews, so I could decide whether it was worth it. There were mixed reviews, which I'm sure most reviews have good/bad reviews. So I decided to pull the trigger, because the price point was significantly below what it was selling for elsewhere. I received notice of my order immediately after, got a shipment notice not too long after, and received it within 4-5 days! I will be returning to make more purchases of this particular shirt, because its such a great deal! I recommend it.

Placed an order worth over £100 on the 1st of September and did not receive it. I messaged business account and sent them a picture of my bank statements which clearly showed the money has been sent to her however she denied receiving payment even though my bank has told me she has received it. I ordered several items from the Clothing Store Online and first, none of the items have tags on them so if they’re gifts you may want to know that. Second, hoodies were stated to be 30 inches long on the body yet were only 27 inches. Third, the hoodies were supposed to be “Heavy” which they are not in my opinion. However, their customer service is great!

Worst Customer Service. Placed an order for over $5000 for an event, Clothing Company did a mistake in my address causing the order to deliver after our event date.
