Ordered two “Nike� quarter zip sweaters. Took a month to arrive. They are fake. No Nike labels or tags. Requested a refund and they told me to ship them back to Hong Kong at my expense! Conditions of returns are the items have to have tags on. The goods had no tags on!! After several emails they offered me 50% refund and I can keep the items! Why should I keep fake poor quality goods that are only fit to use as dusters! Dispute now underway with my credit card company. AVOID

I ordered 4 blank hoodies from this company. When wearing one of the hoodies for the first time, I realized the stitching in one of the arms had come apart. I called the company directly to advise them of the defect. I was told they would make a 1 time exception and accept the garment as a return. However, upon learning that the garment had been pressed with my company logo, they rescinded their offer to accept the return.
Given that the company’s branding is selling clothing “for crafting and DIY projects�, I find their practices to be deceptive at best.
I would highly advise against doing business with this company

Store Front is Orton Bros. Getting into the ordering process it is actually doing business as the
clothing online dot com, and then the charge by the seller is actually from

which became clear AFTER I opened a not received case with PayPal, who did an INSTANT refund. Clearly this outfit is a cheat, thief, fraud, scam.
Do not even waste your time.
Reply to review dodges the point - as outlined in the original review. Whatever they say, the clothing online dot com was the name on the cart details and the charge actually went to Ahmad Aita

So somebody (Ahmad Aita) hijacked the Orton Bros. store front and set-up clothing online dot com to be the supposed seller, anyway PayPal instantly recognized the transaction as a fraud and refunded m,uk account. So clothing online dot com better get busy and get this site dealt with, as denial is not going to cut it.

I had ordered 2 army pants for my son, they sent me 4 damaged, burnt shirts and when I raised a complaint by mailing them, they didn't bother to respond till date. They don't have any calling number, only one email id they have given where if mails are being sent, no responses are received. How can such stores get licenses to carry business and cheat customers. Very, very disappointed & dissatisfied. Offline purchases are always better.

Not happy as a first time customer

1st time customer I order 19T shirts they put on 19T shirts in a small bag when I received it the bag was completely ripped , Paper inside with everything that I received was also ripped. I love the shirts but the way I received it not happy at all.

Great choice of styles

Great choice of styles, colors and sizes. Prompt shipping and great prices. I would have to go to three or four online stores or traditional stores to find all the items that I found under one roof here.

Clothing Shop Online has always had great prices and plenty of stock. It’s not too often that they don’t have what I need. I’ve ordered 75 shirts from them at this point. I haven’t had any problems and shirts typically always arrive early.

Will rip you off

They charged me $10.50 shipping for 2 shirts required by a new job. I ended up losing the job and paid $10.50 in shipping to return them. They refuse to reimburse me for any of the shipping charges.

Quality of items has went too far…

Quality of items has went too far downhill. Arriving dirty and damaged if at all. My package was never shipped until two weeks had passed. When I asked for an update MANUEL put a claim on it, ignoring my request. Update, was supposed to be delivered yesterday but because if the claim, it's being returned to the warehouse.
This is ruining my own customer service as this is the third order of my own that is late or unable to process. This is costing me money and I'm losing my customers because of the negligence. If you can't handle the volume of business, scroll back before you destroy your customers hard work.

Do not use!

They use LSO shipping….instead of UPS or FedEx…..our package was lost. The Clothing Shop told us there was nothing they could do ….but if the package didn’t show up after TWO WEEKS! Then let them know and we might be able to get refunded. In the mean time I was responsible for dealing with the shipping company…the Clothing Shop would not handle that.

LSO shipping is a complete joke….so we did not receive the shirts we ordered for an event….and had to sit on the money we had spent on the shirts for weeks.

Do not use this company…they do not stand behind their customers purchases ….I asked them if they could reship our products since there was proof our package was lost and they refused
