Great customer care
We have been banking with Centea/Crelan for 2 decades. We've noticed a steady rise in customer service and ease of online banking. There are one or 2 features that ING offers that are not available at Crelan. However, that does not affect the convenience and comfort of being a Crelan customer. Especially with the rapid fall in ING customer service.
