I submitted a warranty claim for two shower doors. I was asked to provide photos and original sale invoices which I did. From this point the Technical team could not have been better. The communication was excellent, I had no quibbles about the claim and within two weeks I had two new shower doors supplied and fitted by Cross water. On the strength of this customer support, I will definitely use Cross water for my future purchases.

Faulty products and terrible service
I agree with the below review about a distinct downturn in quality, delivery expectation management and customer service since last October. All the below good reviews are fake! No one is receiving crosswater products on time! It is amazing customer service can take time to respond to the below 3 positive reviews but not help any of the 1 star reviews (I would give zero). This company is in trouble and has been since October! I have been waiting for a work surface to finish my bathroom unit since October (6 months).
Every delivery date they fail and reset a new date.
The crosswater big year sale coincided with a new computer system and since then they are unable to operate. Don’t be fooled by a couple of fake good reviews - they are in a complete mess!

Poor after sales service
Terrible after sales service.
No response after months of waiting for a replacement part delivery ( still under warranty) of a hot and cold bidet pipe. Complete silence after initial correspondence from the technical... email. Unbelievable customer service.
Will never buy any Crosswater product.

'Broken' shower tap
I sent a photo & video as requested as I thought my shower tap was broken. From this the man talked me through the process and how to resolve the issue. I followed his advice and I now have a working shower again. Thanks

Totally unreliable
We ordered, via a supplier, a vanitory unit at the beginning of January. We were given 2 successive dates for delivery. Yesterday we telephoned the company to see when exactly the unit would arrive to be told they had discontinued it but omitted to tell us.

Our two year old shower had door issues…
Our two year old shower had door issues and Crosswater came out fixed an appointment, were there the next morning. Shower fixed and functional again in no time. Excellent custoemr service.

Great Service From Crosswater Technical
We had a problem with our shower screen seals after a year. Contacted Crosswater and after diagnosing the problem, Helen and Kay were excellent in arranging for replacements to be sent out and Stewart the engineer went above and beyond to remedy the fault. Very impressed.

Awful experience with this company
Awful experience with this company! Been going through a local bathroom company (who have been amazing) however, we’ve had two completely bent shower bars from cross water. Which have then been replaced to find out the new ones have also been damaged! Unbelievable for the price these products can’t even stick some polystyrene to protected these products! We’ve been without a usable shower for over 6 weeks!

Excellent help from technical at Crosswater
We had our bathroom and cloakroom fitted out 14 years ago. Our Crosswater taps were leaking from the cartridge and Laura at Crosswater technical was very helpful identifying what had happened. That particular tap style and cartridges are no longer available and even though the taps hadn't been registered in their warranty scheme she was able to direct us to a very similar model and offered to send them to us FOC as they would have been still under their 15 year warranty period. We are very grateful for her efforts in sorting this out for us. I suspect that not all manufacturers would have been as helpful as Crosswater was and an especial thank you to Laura for her help.

Very poor customer service
Very poor customer service, it seems that no-one knows what's going on between the factory, warehouse and customer. We ordered in October but delivery was delayed 5 times. We eventually cancelled the order and bought elsewhere.

Disgraceful Company Be Warned!
We ordered our bathroom equipment though a local company via way of crosswater and it's been nothing but a disaster dealing with crosswater! Long unexplained delays with good, expected delivery dates always missed! We have been waiting for a shower rail for THREE MONTHS! Because of this I can't complete or use my bathroom. Please avoid this company they will just cause you stress and frustration! Wish I just went to B&Q or Wickes!
