Ordered a chair and floor protection to have under it.
Delivery was fast, made the order on a Friday and got my things on the next Tuesday.
Products in themselves are OK, the chairs neck support are made with waste material and could have been made to extend another cm at least without adding more material (and I could have used that for MUCH more comfort). The schematics are on the other hand a waste of paper and also want you to put it together in the wrong order for it to be smooth and easy.
If it was not for the poorly made schematics and the neck support thing this would have been a 4 or 5 in my opinion but I can not rate it as such with these products that sadly is a reflection on the company and the person responsible for intake.
My daughter got it for Christmas and she loved it. I think it鈥檚 excellent and all the different colours to try different drawing techniques are simply wonderful. Good quality and we are really happy with our purchase
fast delivery within sweden, great price and quality products! in fact i was surprised that the product is really doing what is is said ( i bought ozone generator) and the product is really easy made and the construction of it of quality and the price is unbeatable! Thanks!

I will never again buy something from them.
Made 1 order (value 5000kr) on the 16 of December 2024 and only got the package today 27 Januar 2025.
Had to send several emails for more then 1month to see if i would get the package.
They do not have any telefone contact and the response to my emails were always several days after i sent them.
The awnsers were always made in a way that looked like they were doing a favor to me.
There is several differente companies that can satisfy our requests with much better outcome.
Personal advise, if you can find another company to buy from, just go for it.

Dont buy from here!
Sadly, I bought a product, waited more than two weeks, and received nothing! I contacted customer service, and they could not help me. This is beyond madness. There is 0 professionalism here. If something happens, you will not get any help. If I had known, I would never have bought anything from here. So be aware that if something goes wrong, it GOES REALLY WRONG.

Customer service deserves 0 star
If only i could give a 0 star! I am frustrated with their service order # 303859.
1. Product purchase: Smooth shopping experience. However, when I realised the product does not meet certain criteria, I informed their customer service within an hour to not process the order. Due to company policies they couldn't cancel it (which I understand) and I agreed to return after receiving it.
2. Product Delivery: I paid extra to get it delivered at my doorstep. Their logistics partner DB Schenker sent me multiple messages to book a time. Whenever I clicked on the link the only information I got was to collect it from their terminal 10 km away from my home. Finally I had to call DB Schenker to schedule a delivery - this need for action was nowhere mentioned!
3. Return & Refund - Now it has been over 7 weeks that I have returned the product and the refund has still not been processed! They don鈥檛 respond when I follow up.
All in all, a horrible experience. Buy only if you are extremely sure of what you are getting into!

I noticed a 鈥楰l枚str盲d med Stege鈥� for cats, priced at 399 SEK with FREE SHIPPING, on Google. I promised my daughter that I would pay for it.
