Had a small issue with one of the dishes I bought and customer services responded promptly and professionally and arranged an speedy exchange. New replacement dish was perfect and I cannot recommend Denby highly enough.

One of the small plates had a scratch on it , but I persuaded my partner to not return because we waited so long to purchase this set…….which I actually really love.
