We purchased a bed and a mattress for our second bedroom, and we were not sure about which mattress to go for but Aideen was very helpful and patient to explain everything about the mattress and bed for us . She is a very friendly person and easy to deal with.
The staff in Sallins are very helpful. Bought flooring for downstairs, bedroom carpets and will be back for the stair carpet when refurbishment complet. Great range of top quality products. Definitely recommend.

Thank you Des Kelly coolmine for my carpet after a long wait due to COVID. The fitter was very good and done a lovely job. Face mask was worn while the carpet was being fitted, very clean work and I was happy with everything.I. Think the fitter’s name was Marcus .

Got sitting room floor done 30th October great customer service in shop long mile road. The fella who came to put floor done was brilliant very clean great job . He wore his mask & kept his distance too so over all great job �

Went into Des KellyCoolmine, lovely helpful chap Kieran served me, new I wanted a grey carpet for stairs & landing had a budget in mind, there was so many options I was about to walk away, Kieran asked if he could help and he did, gave him an idea of what I had in mind within 20 mins he sorted the carpet for me. Carpet was delivered on the day he said and the chap who fitted the carpet was excellent. Delighted with my new carpet, it looks and feels great.., Thanks DK 😀

Stay away!!!! Incorrect quote and agreed to carpet all floors including attic area. Left without carpeting the attic, took the underlay and carpet we paid for then never phoned us back to explain why they didn’t fulfil the agreement on the docket and stole our underlay and carpet. Kept saying they would have area managers and ‘someone’ from head office call us but after over 10 phone calls and emails, no one called from this ‘head office’ they kept referring to, 2 months later and they have still done nothing to resolve the issue and haven’t heard from any ‘area manager’ and can’t find details for a ‘head office’ anywhere online. I have never experienced such a poor level of customer service & nothing but the foulest language can describe this Sandyford shop. Go anywhere else to get your flooring because you will be better off trying to find an honest sales person on the moon!

I got Des Kelly (Coolock) to lay lino in my kitchen a few weeks ago.
While they didn't do a great job and it took them ages to do it, neither of those issues are my complaint.
They didn't have enough brass bars for the doorways when they came out. I went into them and personally ordered another one and paid for it.
That was 3 whole weeks ago and despite several calls and 3 personal visits, they still haven't got it in for me. They've given me the run around on numerous occasions and I'm not one bit happy with them.

Stay away from them they are only nice when u try to buy something. Day before are fitting are fitting day we got a phone call that they dont have are floor can we pick something else
