Durchblicker was extremely helpful and helped me cut gas costs by almost 50%. It was far easier to compare the true costs of the various options available via Durchblicker than on the provider websites, especially as an expat whose German is choppy on a good day. The Durchblicker representative I spoke with also patiently helped clear up any questions I had.
I still don't understand they told me my bank details doesn't work and ask me to send them by email which is not secure no this kind of data. I tried to log in my account to enter again my bank detail but I can't have access ! I'm very disastified by thei customer service
