Well, ordering the part was fairly easy, I get no notification of when I will receive the part, or even if it's on the way and there is no way of checking on it the password thing keeps giving me the run around

It has been over a month since I placed my order and I have not received the sink. Every time I call the customer service tells me that the sink is shipping on Thursday of every week since I purchased it.

order not arrived more than a month..i told when i placed order i need dish cabinet asap for my business coz of this i can not open business because i have to move my hand sink as soon as i received cabinet and i have been waiting for more than a month called several time waiting for that long time spoke with person forgot name he said you want money back this is rediculous waiting that long and money back i told him i need dish cabinet asap he told me it is gonna ship thursday which is date 12/12/24 still i couldnt get any email or any word from elite restaurant responsible person, this is very bad. I need to know asap

Cant count on them

Very poor service and no comunication at all, Ordered a cooler and it said it ships in 2-3 business days, about 2 weeks went by without a word from them, I called and they said they had a problem with the glass, another week and I called again and was told it is scheduled to ship out Dec 19, now another week and half and still have not received it and no comunication an no tracking number provided, That is very poor service.
