i've order a part of an hoover, but when I was about to pay the address came automatically but the country was wrong and I've only notice after making the order. I've already send several emails and nothing, no answers. Im afraid if they continue to not answer, the good will go portugal and not to Italy, and it will be return to the sender because the address its wrong, because it says "portugal" instead of "Italy". But i've sent mails immediately after making the order to correct, but nobody's answer .. bad communication!!

I was in truble for a washing machine BEKO, i found this web site thanks to google and in few minutes I applied all my info and details very easy. I selected the express delivery and in 24 hrs I received my BEKO spare by DHL (only 12Euro) plus my drain pump (only 34Euro) just fitted and all is great, wife happy, my self happy, Great service thanks to ESPARES.IT

Easy to find your spare part and fair prices.
Unfortunately even though they use a .it domain, this appears to be a sister site to their UK operation, meaning the parts are shipped from the UK thus
they have to go through customs, meaning delayed delivery and extra costs. Of course this is not completely their fault and they do have a page stating that "some" product may be dispatched from an UK warehouse, but this could be stated more clearly at checkout.

They provided a good experience but it is possible to find similar services on Italian territory if you know what you are after.

zero communication. no phone number. no answer the emails

BEKO drain pump

Poiché il pacco è stato inviato il 02/01/2024.
In caso di ritardo, ti saremmo grati se potessi attendere 15 giorni lavorativi dalla data di spedizione, poiché dobbiamo attendere 3 settimane prima di poterlo dichiarare ufficialmente "smarrito durante il trasporto", nel qual caso avvieremo una procedura di reclamo .

Ti preghiamo di confermare se hai ricevuto o meno il pacco il 24/01/2024.


Siamo estremamente dispiaciuti per il ritardo causato dai servizi di trasporto.

No assistance from the customer care

No assistance from the customer care, they just told me the item was shipped and they didn’t give me the tracking number. Furthermore I had to pay to pick up the parcel in addition to what I paid for the shipment.

today shipments are made with traceability, given that they are shipped from England and not from China, at least a minimum of more information. considering that shipping has a cost for your customers.
