Completely unprofessional

Completely unprofessional - Avoid this company
I purchased their insurance for my car and they suggested that I increase the kilometer limit. They increased the monthly bill also covering the previous months. When I spoke to them to change it back to the original kilometer, they said they cannot because I am leaving for another company. I mean like really?? I am still their customer and can request to increase or decrease the limit. Would they also be unable to increase the kilometer limit if I ask so? Secondly, they have sent me a bill of 6,000+NOK invoice while they agree that it should be less than 3,000 NOK. The representative I spoke over the phone was extremely rude. I am done doing business with this sick company who does not understand professionalism.

I am thI highly recommend gjensidigeoroughly impressed with…

I am thoroughly impressed with gjensidige. They offer a variety of comprehensive coverage options that give me peace of mind. What truly sets them apart, though, are the fantastic discounts available through Tekna membership. This has saved me a significant amount on my insurance premiums. But beyond the great value, gjensidige provides exceptional customer service. Their representatives are friendly, knowledgeable, and always willing to help to the best of their extent. Plus, when I filed a claim, the processing was incredibly fast and efficient. If you're looking for an insurance company that combines strong coverage, valuable perks, excellent customer service, and fast claim resolution, I highly recommend gjensidige.

The worst company ever on insurances

The worst company ever on insurances. Their policys are not clear writen so they can take out the context what ever they want and answer to you, this is not supported or covered or what ever they need to say so they don't pay you. Their way to win money by cheating people. I have started moving all insurances i had with them away. Shame on them. #cancel_gjensidige this is my slogan from now on.
