Items are priced a lot more cheaply than other websites, but are still brand new and come in excellent condition. Shipping speed is very quick. Customer service is excellent, I had to return a product and there was no issue and the refund was processed quickly. Would highly recommend and will definitely be ordering from here again!

I have used this website in the past to buy something small and I was very impressed at the speed of the delivery and overall packaging. I recently wanted to make a larger purchase and it was the exact same again. I got the item in one day, and this was coming Netherlands to Ireland. I plan to use this website/company going forward from now on.

I ordered my new phone on Monday afternoon and it was outside my door before 9a.m Tuesday morning. You can't really complain about that, amazing. Also the price was unbeatable. Will definitely use again.

Item I bought was defective (not Gomibo.ie fault) so I needed to raise a ticket with their system. The system is very linear so didn't give options to request a refund on return. I emailed them and they made a note of this, emailing me confirmation. Item returned and refund sent. All in all very good to deal with. I'd confidently buy off them again. One star deducted because the process of actually raising an issue could be a bit easier

Excellent!

Packaging and delivery, top notch.

Iphone 16 Pro Max Deffective

From the begining i would like to say that was my first interaction with this shop, i had a 5 stars experience with them. Everything was fast , polite and supportive. The good i bought was genuine and i got what i wanted. Problem is coming after sales support nd the product. At this time i strongly believe that i am right so please read below my issue:
I bought from Gomibo an iPhone 16 Pro Max order number 32203019622 on 10th December 2024. They ship it on 11th Dec and I was surprised to have it in my hand next day on 12th December, even is long way from Netherland to Romania . I was so happy to have it so quickly and I was very enthusiast because was my first iPhone. Phone looked perfect and worked smoothly to the process of installation. For the first 2 weeks was worked perfectly, even though I have not used it so hard being busy with Holidays preparation. For how fast they respond, shipped and support they gave, I was thinking at that time to give 5 stars reviews and even I recommend the shop to some friends.
However, when Christmas came and I started to use the phone more frequently (camera, messages, Phones, Video, ) the Phone had first time Black Screen, meaning the screen was completely black even I could hear in the background that is functioning, only that I couldn’t see what I’m doing on screen. Since then , till 8th January when I decided to inform Gomibo about a defective device and ask for replacement I had 4 instances of Black screen, without being able to use the phone. (I have not informed Gomibo right from the first time I occurred the issue, believing at that time that is just a bug and will not happen again)
Gomibo feedback me on 11th January and agreed to send back the phone to them with free shipping and are saying will send the device for repair. I had to buy a new phone ( from another company and also a cheaper brand), transfer the data from iPhone to the new device, so I sent on 15th Jan 25 to them . After I ship it, I sent mail to Gomibo and told them that I don’t agree with their decision to repair the phone and I told them that I want a new device. Is not possible to buy such an expensive phone which suppose to be the best in the world and to have 4 times black screens in less than 2 weeks, after not even 30 days of usage. Is not possible to pay for a new Phone, to become defective in 2 weeks after purchase and to get back a repaired phone. Also I told them that nothing guarantee that , even they repair with original parts, the issue will not occurred again because is clearly a manufacturing issue and I need a NEW Device. More than this, If I want to sell the phone later the value is less because anybody can see that was repaired. Not to mention, that I have to stay 2-3 weeks without phone. After all, based on European Law we are entitled to chose a repaired or a new device if is defective in such short period after purchase. They also have a 31 days return days in their terms and condition on website, and when i asked about this, they are saying that the phone was kept with me more than 31 days ( which is not true, since 12 Dec till 8th Jan when I announced the defective are less than 31 days) Is not that requested another type of Phone just because I just don’t like the Iphone, I didn’t request the money back, I just want the Iphone Pro 16 Max for which I desired and I paid , I need it being NEW and to work properly. I don’t know what should I do. Am I wrong in my judgement?
Update 5 Febr: i got the device with Display changed. Its appear to be genuine. After few hours, a very nice person from Customer Service called Me. She told me that if i want to send the device back and they will send me a nother one new as per my wish. I already sent back and waiting them to receive it and also to send me the new device. I keep you updated

Highly recommend

Ordered Bose headphones after 6pm to Ireland. Arrived the following day at 1pm. Headphones new and working perfectly, great value compared to other retailers and delivery speed incredible. Highly recommend

The Return is a scam

Take care in the return Process:
Purchased a phone and sent it back the same day as it wasn't really what I liked. Now they send me photos of a heavily used phone with scratches and deny to take it back. Unbelievable.

Update:
They got in touch, changed the return review and refunded me the whole amount. Fair play. It tint came so far to check the actual EMAI/Serial Number of the phone I sent back and the photo they sent.
I change my review to 3 Stars as im happy with the refund now. The whole process made me sceptical anyway and I would advise you to make good documentation (photos) of your product from the moment you receive it. Make sure you can proof your point if it comes to the worst. Just be on the safe side. Hopefully it doesnt and you're just happy with the order. In that case all good.
Best of luck and thanks to the team for changing mind and refunding me as advertised on the website.

IPhone

Hi, I recently ordered iPhone 13 and 14 and after paying I was waiting for delivery, but unfortunately my order was canceled. I did not receive any information why I wrote an email, but so far there is no answer, the only positive is that the money after 5 days reached me, so I do not recommend this company.

I've ordered twice from them

I've ordered twice from them, got a Motorola phone and a Samsung watch, the orders came in about a week, no problems, no delay, great support, everything came in a sealed box, original items no fakes or anything like that, I'll definitely order all my stuff from them, 100% happy, good job lads and gals.

realized instantly after payment that I…

realized instantly after payment that I had accidentally ordered the wrong size of accessory.

Tried to cancel the order on the website - no way to do it. Tried to email customer service, so far no response.
Tried ringing customer service - according to the recording there was no other people in front of me in the queue, sat there on the phone for 20 min before giving up - if there's noone in front of me in the queue, why aret you picking up!!??

Update: they have emailed me to say my package is with UPS *FACEPALM* non existent customer service

They did rectify it eventually and have been HOUNDING me since to update my review, so here's the update: LEAVE ME ALONE! Here's the update: moving my 2 to a 1

No response to missing order..

No response to missing order..
1st time ordering from Gomibo. They say the phone has been handed over to AnPost but that is not true according to tracking. They do not seem to answer emails that I have sent enquiring as to where the phone is & when can I expect it. Is this normal customer service from them. Have I made a mistake ordering from them?
Gomibo have finally responded In order to launch an investigation as to where the missing parcel is they want a copy of my Passport photo and Social Security no?? Anyone else with this response pls. How can they legally request this..totally out of order. If I dont they will not proceed with investigation and I have lost €180.
UPDATE: Parcel located and delivered in good order & well packaged on 07/01. Courteous email received from Gomibo, so happy to move my rating up to 4*. Pity their initial customer response was so poor, but sorted in the end.
UPDATE: A further apology received by way of a phone call from them & a voucher as a goodwill gesture. Happy to now recommend this company due to good customer service.

Very bad

never on time delivery and now I have a phone in the wild for over €600!! no response to emails, IMPOSSIBLE TO CALL THEM THEIR NUMBER DOESN'T WORK! RUN AWAY!

Is this company legit?

Ordered a Samsung Galaxy in late November, expecting it by Christmas. Delivery issues with the carrier caused significant delays. "soon" promises amounted to nothing for over a month, despite EU regulations entitling me to a refund. Constant calls, a complaint to the ECC (later dropped), a chargeback request, and negative Trustpilot reviews finally spurred action. The returned package mystery remains, but after more frustrating back and forth, I received a discounted phone in late January. Happy with the phone now, but the entire process was a painful ordeal.

Ordered on the 8th. Supposed to have next day delivery still not arrived by the 12th. Ups site has no updates. Package was a gift due to be given on the 10th.
