Don’t buy apple products at Harvey Norman
My husband bought a AirPods with active noise cancellation at Harvey Norman, Drogheda in December. In this moment they sold to him a extra insurance saying that the replacement will be imediatly if it had some problem.
He paid extra insurance for this and today we went there to replace because is a noise in the left side and then they told us that they need 14 days to acess the repair from Apple. We asked to talk with some manager and none available. We had no option and now I arrived home without my AirPods. I got the new one because I need them for work.
It’s the first time that I have some problem like this with apple products and I had the worst experience ever. Never not I will buy some apple products at Harvey Norman.
