Great, they deliver everything you need to make delicious meals. I have intolerances, but many of their dishes don't include gluten or dairy, or it is easy to swap the pasta for free from pasta, etc. The only issue was with the box being left on the doorstep before we'd even opened the door, but the most recent box was delivered by Evri instead of Yodel, so this was resolved. I highly recommend.
Recipes are easy to follow, quick to make and taste delicious! No more wondering what to make for tea, it’s changed my life, I no longer get stressed about tea-time, my family just eat whatever I make now - it’s amazing! My supermarket shopping bill for the week has more than halved too so that’s a bonus! Brilliant service that everyone should use, it definitely makes life easier

Been using hello fresh for a few months…
Been using hello fresh for a few months now and it's always delivered on time. We pick what we like and don't like and we have enjoyed every meal so far. I don't even think we've had any twice yet. Easy to follow instructions. Would highly recommend

Not the best start
Not the best start. First delivery not even delivered as damaged on delivery day & not received till following week ! Since then had 2 deliveries a day late. Only had 5 deliveries as only just started ordering. Hopefully it gets better.

Rip off thieves
This company are a joke. I was going to place an order, so I subscribed. I then changed my mind so I didn't go ahead and confirm the order. They then took almost £40 from my account. When I called they said they can't cancel it because I'm out of the cancellation period, but I didn't even place an order to be cancelled in the first place because it's all still sitting in my basket! How can I cancel something I haven't even ordered. They said the best they can do is a 50% refund. I'm disgusted because I didn't confirm anything to start with and they've just gone ahead with the order, regardless. It's a rip off. I'll be making a complaint to Head Office.

Sales team came today to Newbury and…
Sales team came today to Newbury and borrowed a pen and didn’t bring it back. Theft.
Money does not grow on trees. And also does your sales team not have spares how can a company not even provide their sales team with a pen or why don’t they go buy one themselves. Phoned customer service to complain but it’s not like it’s coming back.

Good, but bad
I decided to give HelloFresh a go as I live alone, am pescatarian (for about a year now) and struggle to come up with flavourful and diverse dinner ideas. However, while the meals do taste very nice and there's minimal food wastage, the quality is just not what I would expect from a premium service. Of the two boxes I did receive (a third just never arrived with no contact from the company as to the fact it was not going to be delivered) I found the fish was always short-dated and some of the fruit / veg had already begun to turn before I'd even received the box. The lemons in particular were all spoiled on arrival. I was also missing items for at least one recipe in each of the boxes received. If you were to add up the price of the ingredients, given the lack of quality, you're spending at least twice as much as you would do getting the items yourself from the supermarket, with the only real benefit being that you don't have to come up with what you're going to eat for the next week - and that alone is not worth the premium in cost. Overall an extremely disappointing service as I had hoped it might have been a long term solution for my meals!

Free dessert for life scam
Free dessert for life scam, do not expect free dessert to arrive unless you remember to manually select every time you order. They will automatically select your main order for you if you forget, but a Free for life promo they will not, despite applying the promo code initially. Even when I did 4 days prior to delivery that was still not enough notice for it to be added. Poor promo, poor customer service when brought to their attention.

Hit and miss
Hit and miss. Some weeks great, however it’s pretty inconsistent with missing items / late deliveries! Still a customer but feel improvements could be made.

If I could give zero stars I would..
I cancelled two boxes and my understanding was my account would be credited, as in my bank account - this is not the case. I’m now wanting to cancel my subscription and I have ow found that I have around £100 credit on my hello fresh account that they say they will not refund and I have to use it. Why would I agree to do this when the company has taken my money and not provided me with the goods?
Avoid using them, I will be seeking legal advice and going to small claims court if I have to, to get the refund.

I was amazed by the variety and choice of meals to choose from. The produce was of great quality. Really tasty, filling and easy to flow recipes. No wastage.
Which it could be at the promo price all the time as i would order every week. But highly recommend anyway

Placed an order and paid extra to have it delivered earlier. Got an email to say it wont be delivered at all and cant send a replacement and will take 5 working days for refund. Will not be placing another order
