Had a failure on a PC after about one month. Following some to-ing and fro-ing emails iCubes agreed to have it back to fix. Free courier laid on to collect and deliver - no arguing.
Returned (actually a new device) in about 10 days. If only all after-sales service was taken this seriously. Well done guys!

After a previous NUC died I ordered from iCubes who had the one I wanted in stock. Despite it being a custom build the dispatch was very prompt and I had the new computer with me the next day.
