Very poor service, mostly no information from customer service and technicians. Supposedly we should get our internet back yesterday around 2pm(Christmas eve), still no internet, and you can’t call them because they not working. We are left without internet for whole Christmas, cannot contact nobody, can’t watch nothing on tv or internet, can’t listen to music and no movies for kids. Very bad, probably this is why people are leaving them. Need to call comreg to sort it out.

I had satellite broadband from imagine, I was offered Fibre from other companies, I rang imagine to change and they wanted to charge me a fee to get out but said they could offer fibre so I went ahead they took weeks and weeks to install didn't show up twice, two days I'd taken off work, eventually was installed and hasn't worked since it was installed, I've spend hours on the phone and they keep claiming they will call back but never call back, just spent another 25 mins on the phone and they said no manager working today so call tomorrow!!! And they are charging me 45 euro a month and it doesn't work. Worst company. Anyone thinking of imagine AVOID at all costs.

Avg speed of about 5mbs and poor signal from anything that's not next to the router. Upload about .5 - .9 mbs so if you work from home forget it. Customer service virtually non existent. I would choose anyone else other imagine for our next property.

While CirCet and KNI did an amazing job…
While CirCet and KNI did an amazing job they were badly badly let down by Imagine. We got a brilliant welcome to broadband email from Imagine (who have known for months that work was in progress on migrating us) but guess what - no router/modem in sight - oh and then they cut off the existing access and no details on when or if the new modem/router is ever going to arrive. We choose to stay with Imagine as over COVID they provided an excellent service - however, the internal processes for migrating customers needs a SERIOUS overhaul. Why can the routers not be give to the KNI engineer (like the other providers) and yes we understand there has to be a porting cut over but surely we should not be left high and dry with no end in sight. Yes I have emailed customer care and yes I have gotten replies but no real information within these emails - not the fault of the care team I would imagine (pardon the pun) but the cut over team seems to be disconnected from what is happening in the field

If I could give 0 I would. No back up service just automated emails. When the service is down you have to use the portal, which you can’t because you don’t have internet service. The phone is just for sales, it is like that they want to get as many customers as possible so that they can sell their company off.

I was with them for 5g broadband and…
I was with them for 5g broadband and had overall a good experience but their 1gb fibre is abysmal and their tech support is unresponsive to my attempts at contact to resolve the issue. My neighbours are on the same lines and are getting 1gb speeds so it can't be the lines themselves. I am strongly considering voiding my contract as they cannot provide even 50% of the speeds they promised.

Horrendous company
Horrendous company. Terrible internet connection and even poorer customer service. Was on to them for an hour trying to solve an issue, answered the usual 21 questions which mostly consisted of “have you turned it on/off again� “plugged it in and out� 🥴 was getting no help from this person whatsoever when they decided to just end the conversation out of nowhere and left my issue unsolved. Useless.
