I had never heard of Innocent Drivers until my car was scraped whilst parked in a supermarket car park and I have been so impressed by the help and care I have received since reporting this. From the start, the other driver denied responsibility but when faced with a witness’s statement to the contrary, admitted liability. Thank you Bex for pursuing this on my behalf.

Great company to deal with. Took the stress out of a highly stressful situation when someone reversed into my teenage son’s car. Jennifer, our claims handler, gave us regular updates and dealt with the entire repairs process on our behalf, from beginning to end. I would highly recommend this company if you are ever unfortunate enough to need them!

Innocent driver had taken all the…

Innocent driver had taken all the stress of having two accidents away, they delt with both accidents to a high standard. It was so much easier than going through different insurance companies to get the accidents resolved. I will definitely be using Innocent driver again if required.

Using Innocent driver for my claim was so easy and very efficient. All the people I spoke to were lovely and answered any questions I had throughout the process. My experience with Innocent Driver was…

My experience with Innocent Driver was fantastic. They were very friendly on the phone and explained everything to me very well. The whole process was easy and everything was dealt with very quickly. Communication was excellent and I was constantly informed at each part of the process as well as checking in on me to check I was happy with everything. I really appreciate everything they did for me and I would 100% recommend them to anyone who has been in an accident that wasn’t their fault.

No hassle, amazing service.

Recommended to me by my local body shop mechanic, spoke with Amy and after sending all my info, my courtesy car was delivered to my house, my own car picked up and insurance companies dealt with, no hassle whatsoever. Amy has kept in touch, keeping me updated on my repairs. Amazing service, definitely recommend.

Innocent driver FABULOUS!!! This company took care of everything that needed to be taken care of from organising a courtesy car, getting in touch with the claim solicitors sorting out the work needed to carried out through the insurance. I would and have already recommended them..

Great service

Was recommended to contact Innocent Driver by the guys in bodywork shop after car was hit by driver in carpark and left. Thankfully got their reg and Innocent Driver just took the case on from there to claim from the 3rd party. They arranged repairs, hire car, etc really quick and efficently keeping me informed with excellent comms all the way through. Really happy with the service and would thoroughly recommend.
