The experience was pretty good however some of the consistency between documentation was lacking. It appears that claim limits on some categories have been amended (upwards such as personal luggage cover) however within the supporting documentation this change wasnt reflected despite being place for a couple of months. This gave rise to uncertainty and an extended phone call to clarify and revisit the completion of the application. Would appear that IT or marketing are a little behind on this front.
