Only a short wait for my phone call to be picked up. The agent was professional and courteous, explaining my options and taking my details thoroughly and clearly. I was able to obtain a quote at what I think is a fair price. I received my policy schedule and the terms & conditions document by email very soon after settling the deal.
Taking out a policy that included several existing medical conditions was easy online, with everything very clearly laid out, and good value compared with a previous insurer.
The true test, of course, would be if I ever have to claim! Will update this review in that event.
I chose this company to buy my annual multi trip worldwide insurance after extensive research and obtaining many quotes. They are Which recommended- giving peace of mind. So easy to buy the product. Excellent levels of cover for the Gold policy. My medical condition is covered without it costing a fortune plus I can go away for 45 days at a time if I wanted to go down under. A great product and service.
Having scoured the comparison sites I finally tried Insure and Go for annual travel insurance for those with existing conditions. I had used them earlier this year for one trip insurance. Couldn’t believe the difference in price! A massive saving from other quotes I had. It was very easy to set up online as well. Can’t comment on claims etc and hope I never have to, but would definitely recommend.

Friendly and knowledgeable help who was able to guide me to the right policy I needed with no fuss, sensible questions and not wanted to know every little detail of health issues I had had years ago and were no longer relevant. Application was easy even with pre-existing medical conditions. Easier than the last application I dd on the phone. straight forward language and speedy response. Cover good and reasonably priced.

Most sites I have experienced don't give an instant online price with medical review. Found this site very easy to navigate, to the point and reasonably priced insurance as an instant quote. Good work, will definitely use this company again.

I have been using insure and go for a number of years because my original provider turned me down when I got to 65.I have a common heart condition and thought I would not be able to travel again if no one would insure me,but they were very fair took me through the conditions and I have been using them ever since and have recommended them to others
