I recommend Intertel without reservation

I would recommend Intertel without reservation to anyone that is being harassed. They wrapped my case up in a little over a week, and that is after living with this harassment for years, and not getting any help from the police, my service provider or the many other private investigators i've tried over the years. I see all your reviews all over the net are positive and now I know why. You deserve it.

No nonsense and got the job done

Intertel handled my case after the previous company failed to get anywhere. At first I was a little anxious because they were a little more expensive than the last company, but when they got going I could see why. I'm super impressed with the way that they just got on with the work and had it wrapped up in 3 days - and thats after the other company sat on this for almost 2 months. Kudos to you Intertel, I wish you all the very best in your future business. I'll contact you first next time I need a private investigator, that is for sure.

Very pleased with the service I got

Intertel helped me with a private matter (an investigation) that involved some very disturbing messages being sent to my husband and I. They told me upfront what was and was not possible to do and they helped me to formulate a plan of action. For their part, Intertel were amazing. They had things prepared and ready for when they were needed and things just worked. I had some difficulty with my part but I wasn't just left to deal with these challenges, Mike and Angela were in regular contact and always willing to give advice and assistance. I'm very pleased with the outcome and also with the service I got. A huge thank you and big hugs to all of you amazing people.

Fantastic Service that Delivered Results

I've just used the services of Intertel for the first time and I can tell you that it was the right decision. The staff are obviously well trained because the service is fantastic. I needed a phone number traced and they traced it in minutes. I got the results I needed and I would still have been happy if my invoice was double the amount they charged. They're a very good resource to keep on speed dial if you're in the type of business i'm in. We'll definitely be doing a lot more business together.

Excellent

I would recommend Intertel to anyone that needs a professional private investigation service. From the first communication until my final report I was never in any doubt that I was dealing with a company that knew what it was doing, knew what I needed, and knew how to get the job done. To say that my expectations were exceeded is an understatement. I'll definitely be back again and i'll refer my colleagues and friends your way too.

Well deserved praise for spectacular product

I have a stalker that calls me upwards of 20 times a day from unknown numbers and occasionally I get cryptic or disturbing messages, at all hours. My attorney said I needed to start recording these happenings and he told me about Guardian and Intertel (Guardian is the product, Intertel is the company). I bought Guardian with my card and got an email back with installation instructions. It looked so easy I went ahead and installed but it didn't work. I was really upset. I went back to Intertel and they pointed our a whole section of the instructions that I missed. With that resolved, and the software working, I tell you I went from unhappy to ecstatic in a blink. The software is amazing and i've been telling people about it all day. Your support is also excellent so thank you for everything.

Results were beyond expectations

I highly recommend Intertel if you're wanting to trace a person that you cannot identify (in my case a person that was sending me disgusting text messages). I had tried a few other investigators before Intertel, and none of them were able to get very far. They're not cheap, but they're efficient and very professional, and most importantly they get the job done. Kudos to your team.

Over the moon

Its not often I experience customer service that leaves an impression on me, at least not good customer service. My dealings with Intertel hit a snag early on because a misunderstanding between myself and the person I was dealing with resulted in me getting the wrong product. When I called Intertel I was expecting an uphill battle because by then I had checked my emails and I realized that I was mostly to blame. The manager, Mark or Mike (sorry) took control of the situation and turned things around big time. A courier arrived that afternoon with the correct type of camera and took the other one away (and I'm in Swaziland). I wasn't charged for the courier and the difference in price was refunded although it took 2 days to reflect in my account. That night Mark/Mike called to check if i'd tested the camera and left me his cellphone number to contact him if I needed help with it after hours, which I did. He took my call at 22:20 which surprised me and whats more I kept him on the line for almost an hour while I was fumbling around with wires and stuff and he remained interested and involved the whole time. It may not sound like much but it meant a lot because I really needed the camera to be working by the next day and I couldn't do it without help. I went from a sunken heart to over the moon in one day and the support after I already bought the product has shown me that they understand what their customers need. Yes, I wholeheartedly recommend Intertel.

Very pleased with my overall experience

I already had high hopes because I first read the reviews on many websites before contacting intertel.co.za. I'm very pleased with the outcome of my case and also very impressed by how polite, professional and involved your staff have been. You not only met my expectations but you've gone the extra mile even when you weren't required to. Definitely I will recommend intertel.co.za to others should they be in such a position that they need your expertise.

Fantastic service

Awesome service that went beyond expectations

Had an issue with an unknown caller harassing my wife and I. The calls started coming to my work and I thought enough was enough. I googled the matter and found Intertel. I contacted them yesterday and discussed the issue with Mike. He laid out what Intertel could do to help me and explained the various options and costs. We settled on a plan that was within my budget and I paid the deposit. To be honest, I was a little worried at first since one hears stories of private investigators taking people for a ride, but within hours I received the next call from my "harasser" and within minutes Mike called me to let me know that they had identified the person. I am blown away with how quickly these guys moved on this. Thank you to all of you at Intertel and especially Mike. You have no idea how much peace of mind you've given me.

Wouldn't hesitate to recommend Intertel to anyone

Intertel is an investigation company and i'm sure it must be similar all over the world, but in South Africa, the investigation industry doesn't really have a great name because there are unfortunately a lot of "fly by nights" who will take your money and disappear or just incompetent people masquerading as professionals that make disasters of cases. You could understand that I would be very skeptical to hand over money in advance but I didn't expect that Intertel would. The consultant I spoke to was so reassuring that I was really ready to pay over when she said no, not to worry about that now, she said something like "we'll sort the payment out once we've sorted your matter out" and my jaw just dropped. I didn't know what to say. They totally smashed my idea of what a private investigation company is like. It was more like dealing with a top end attorney firm and it felt good to be connected. They've done remarkable work on my case. My case isn't finished but we're onto the third stage, and everything up to now has been as they promised or better and within budget each time. I have made a retainer payment but at no time have I ever felt like I was at risk or that my best interests were not being looked after. Definitely five out of five. (i'm confused with trust pilot ratings. I am the first and only person to rate intertel.co.za and I gave them 5/5 but their total based on one review (presumably mine) is 7.4/10 - how does that work???)
