Shitty experience with returning. I went to return two items and unfortunately the ups store associate marked one item as being returned when it was indeed two items. Jaxxon only acknowledged one item and said the 2nd item would need to be verified. It’s been almost 2 months since the return has been delivered back to them and they keep saying it is still in need of verification? Make it make sense! I’ll never buy from them again.

Their “gold” jewelry fades over time
Their “gold” jewelry fades over time. The gold chain I bought was silver within a year with proper care. I also bought a men’s ring and it chipped within a year. I reached out to them and they said because it was engraved I only had 30 days to report any issues with it. I do not recommend buying jewelry from them it does not last.
