Broken system = frustration
I'm trying to pay for accommodations in another country -- the provider uses Judopay. It has declined 3 different credit cards (multiple tries on each to make sure I'm not doing anything wrong) so I called the CC company to see if there's a hold on my account. They told me there's an error in the Judo connection with the vendor that won't accept my payment. Very frustrating!

Best payment provider I've come across..
I have tried to use many payment providers with my business, but this one is the best I have come across, they add a more personal touch that you can't get with other providers. Its quick and easy integration with the latest payment methods to match our consumer spending, not one bad point working with such a lovely team.

Great team that are super helpful. Payments is crucial to us and a big decision but they helped us through the process. Documentation could be better but I believe they are addressing that as they speak however their support teams are always responsive if you have questions.

Support staff are not good
The people at support staff are not even able to understand the requirements and write false statements on email.
I lost my project just because they promised me they can provide services which can fulfil my project requirements.
Please cross-check twice before doing anything.
