Very efficient & helpful Stefanie Grant helped resolve a personal injuries matter I had from a car accident . Stefanie's contact & attention to detail was great allowing me to feel at ease with every aspect of my claim. Thank you and I highly recommend.

Excellent service

I dealt with Stefanie Grant and Lorna McNair at KerrBrown after being involved in crash, unfortunately an Amazon van drove into the back of our car and wrote it off due to no fault of our own.

The legal advice and service was first class, with clear communication and help not only from a legal perspective but to navigate the many issues involved in having a car written off.

I fed back to Stefanie that the legal support was the only part of the process that went smoothly and we were happy with. Our experience with insurers, recovery companies, rental companies, etc couldn’t have been worse so it was good to have that ongoing guidance and ultimately delivering great outcome. Would highly recommend.

Highly recommended

Kerr Brown dealt with our personal injury claims efficiently and professionally, at no cost to me. Elaine Morris handled the claims for myself and my two daughters. She was reassuring & approachable, and explained the claims process fully & clearly. I was kept updated at every stage of proceedings, and any correspondence or queries were promptly dealt with. Although it was a stressful time, Elaine made the claim straightforward and understandable. I would highly recommend Kerr Brown, 5 stars

I wish 0 stars was an option

I wish 0 stars was an option, this company doesn't have common sense. my mother had broken her knee directly in front of a CCTV camera at a city mall, and guess what they are saying 2 years into the case. "The cctv may not have been retained, can you describe the mall person you spoke to?" It was all on camera, FOOLS. Never use them for accidents.

Very impressed with the service from Kerr Brown

I dealt with Elaine Morris after my RTA . Elaine explained everything to me from the very beginning , told me what the procedure was and what to expect next . She was very professional and kept me up to date with everything that was happening . I was very pleased with the outcome and would be happy to recommend Elaine and the Kerr Brown team .

Solicitors dont like to communicate…

Solicitors dont like to communicate with their clients when they are questioned and accused of being difficult l given them a chance to resolve and rectify their errors. Fill you up with false hope and would take evidence from third party which goes against their clients over try to seek their own evidence then withdraw from acting last minute with unreasonable time scales AND if you're someone with mental health issues god for bid you're not taken advantage of in that respect. oh and lastly you can hit a car at an apparent 1MPH and cause a dent and sensors/radar to be knocked off but then be disputed its still a low speed incident 🙈

Excellent service from the team at Kerr…

Excellent service from the team at Kerr Brown. Both Emma and Cieran were great from start to finish. Took on my claim, kept me informed from start to finish and done all they could to help me and really made me feel like i had someone in my corner. I cannot thank them or recommend them enough. A great company who really do put there clients first. Thanks again.
