Paid the insurance package and no support. Kippy says me to contact the insurance directly and the insurance company replies me that they need documents from Kippy. It is a joke.

Incredible customer service both in mail and by phone. Unfortunately in my region there is almost no GPS coverage so after trying I returned my Kippy after more than 14 days. They gave me a full refund of my subscription anyway. Now that is a class act!
I started to use Kippy EVO 4 years ago for my first dog, a stubborn Shiba inu. He escaped at least 10 times in the first 2 years and thi GPS device helped me find him every time. Since that he learned to stay and now I use the device for my second, also stubborn Shiba inu, and until he learns his boundaries and stays with me all the time, this Kippy EVO will be our most useful equipment. The subscription is good, totally worth it and the application too.
I bought a Kippy, was happy with it and bought a second for dog #2. During a period when one dog was escaping from our garden, this very likely saved her life as we were able to track her trotting along a busy unlit road. Fences now repaired! Reception is a bit patchy in woodland but I think that is inevitable. Support, when we've needed it, has been prompt and helpful. I can definitely recommend Kippy.

Kippy Evo purchase
After trying out Kippy Evo I did found out things that I didn't like and things I was missing but expecting to get. Other than that - device worked as promised.
Kippy support was professional and helped me with returns and refunds. That did take some time, but everything went fine.
4/5 just because I was a bit disappointed with the device features.

The device works perfect
The device works perfect. Our cat was lost for 7 weeks, so we decided to get a GPS to follow his whereabouts.
1 thing I don't like about the Kippy Evo: every time the Kippy needs to be recharged
I have to remove the Velcro that connects the device to my cats collar. I suspect that the Velco won't last forever!

Fantastic products when it works
Fantastic products when it works. However, experience taught that failure rate is quite high but replacements for the faulty items were provided. Customer service is very responsive and most of the time helpful. Overall, I would recommend it as some of the features (e.g. the blinking light at dark and the Bluetooth) is extremely useful.

I want to like this, but...
This is my first day with the device. It seems to track the location of the device but I'm really struggling with two aspects and find it really difficult to get help from the website.
I can't get the white blinking light function to work. I activate it on the app and set it for 10 mins but then the devices doesn't do anything.
Secondly, it always says "Please wait a few seconds before sending a new Live tracking or Geo fencing activation request to kippy". This message is a constant fixture at the bottom of my screen right from when I turn it on.
I want to like this product but I'm struggling to use it fully. I wish I had bought a months membership to test it before pre paying for years of membership, when I might have to return it.
I'm prepared to give it a five star if these things are fixed as the quality seems good and the app is professional.
Ps. I'm asked for a Kippy order number below, but I ordered it on Amazon and only have an Amazon order number.

Impossible to get support
I have had Kippy for nearly a year. It worked OK to begin with, then failed. It was replaced OK but now it has stopped tracking. Vodafone seem to be very poor supporting it. Kippy themselves tell me to contact Vodafone. There are no Vodafone options to allow you to get support.
I notice that Kippy only respond to good reviews on here. Would be useful if they could support the product.

Zero aftersales care
When it worked it was great. Had a new one sent out a couple of months, which I have been unable to connect to the app on my phone. I contacted vodafone and went into 2 different stores however they were unable to help me. They told me to contact Kippy, however Kippy wanted nothing to do with me and every time I emailed they sent me the same reply, they couldn't help and I must contact vodafone. It seems like I have a very simple problem to fix but nobody willing to help. It feels like laziness on behalf of kippy and vodafone staff just seemed unfamiliar with the app. Not sure what to do now but I regret recommending it do other dog users in the park now because aftercare sales has been non-existent.
