Paid the insurance package and no support. Kippy says me to contact the insurance directly and the insurance company replies me that they need documents from Kippy. It is a joke.

Incredible customer service both in mail and by phone. Unfortunately in my region there is almost no GPS coverage so after trying I returned my Kippy after more than 14 days. They gave me a full refund of my subscription anyway. Now that is a class act!
I started to use Kippy EVO 4 years ago for my first dog, a stubborn Shiba inu. He escaped at least 10 times in the first 2 years and thi GPS device helped me find him every time. Since that he learned to stay and now I use the device for my second, also stubborn Shiba inu, and until he learns his boundaries and stays with me all the time, this Kippy EVO will be our most useful equipment. The subscription is good, totally worth it and the application too.
I bought a Kippy, was happy with it and bought a second for dog #2. During a period when one dog was escaping from our garden, this very likely saved her life as we were able to track her trotting along a busy unlit road. Fences now repaired! Reception is a bit patchy in woodland but I think that is inevitable. Support, when we've needed it, has been prompt and helpful. I can definitely recommend Kippy.

Do not waste your time
Do not waste your time. The battery is NOT ten days only 2 at most! We sent the first device back thinking it was faulty but the second device was the same. Customer service is terrible won’t refund me in fall for my app subscription even though they have lied about their product! I will get £20 back after paying £85 for the app subscription. My advice use another brand!! Stay clear. Wish I read these reviews before buying

If you have 2 kippy devices It is not possible to use both of them with same PREMIUM subscription. You HAVE TO BUY a separate subscription for a 2nd kippy!

i am so disappointed
i am so disappointed. i was the happiest when i purchased the Kippy EVO for my puppy and i gave it a try in the city - the live tracking was functional and useful. so we went on a trip in the mountains. nothing. we have spent 5 days without even being able to open the application. where there is no signal, i can understand. but in places where there was a phone signal and i couldn't even open the application.. same thing happened last weekend. nothing. well. i bought the Kippy because we go hiking often. but if it is useless, i might as well throw it away, because it's obvious that it was a waste of money.

Kippy Evo
Ordered Kippy Evo on Amazon. It seems to work very well for us in South Wales, with very accurate tracking, although only had it a few days.
My comment to anyone thinking of buying one would be, you cannot even try Kippy until you sign up to a plan. You have to sign up to a whole year of premium at £59.99 so if it doesn't work out for you, you've lost the cost of the Kippy plus the plan cost. It would be much better if there was a trial period, or at least an option to pay monthly.

Really struggling to get through to…
Really struggling to get through to Kippy. My husband activated the subscription for Kippy however our cat has lost her Kippy after two days of wearing it. We have asked for a refund on our subscription as it was paid in one go of £199, yet Kippy customer service have not been able to make this happen either they cut the line or transfer to another department, which then cuts you off.
Absolute scam, spoke to Vodafone who couldn't help in this situation as the subscription was not from their side.
Tried to send an email to Kippy and got a reply stating they wouldn't replace the Kippy which is not what I asked from them.
A total nightmare.
UPDATE...
ISSUE HAS BEEN RESOLVED AND WE HAVE BEEN REFUNDED.

Good product & service
Product worked well for 18 months, although I had to install a mobile-phone booster to get good battery life (as we have no local mobile masts). It then had an issue but was promptly replaced with a new one.
I had previously tried a tracker from another company, but that had very poor battery life. Although this one is slightly bigger, the larger battery is easily worth it. Luckily I've only ever had to use this once to find my dog - and it worked perfectly.

I bought a Kippy evo but when I tried to follow the start up guides it flashed pink.
So I sent a mail to the company and told them about my problems, they asked me to try to reset the device but that didn’t helped. So they told me that they would send a transport to pick it up and they would send me a new device. I just received the new device only two days after II contacted them first time. Perfect service.

Device doesn't work properly
I bought a Evo 1 month ago and since then, even though I also got a premium pack, it has never worked properly. Plus the battery lasts max 48h, even though I've applied all the suggestions to make it last longer. I haven't solved the problem yet. I'm starting to believe maybe my evo is faulty?
I've never been able to activate geofence or to live tracking unless I'm close to my dog (which is pointless).. my dog run away two times and the device was useless as I wasn't able to active anything. I'm disappointed as I thought the idea is brilliant and I saw positive reviews as well so maybe I was very unlucky and got a faulty one?

The worst service I ever had by ordering on line
On the 14th of may I ordered a collar. I got the wrong size , I sent it back and now after a month I still haven’t received the wright collar I payed for. In the mean time the problem with the tracker seems to be solved. After sending me a tracker and a (wrong) collar they are asking me to provide my adress??!!!!

ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS COMPANIES: Kippy and Vodafone.
AVOID!
I don’t like that the device works only when it wants. Now it does not work for several days.
The customer supports directs you to Vodafone. It’s all a scam to buy a product from abroad.
Avoid Kippy, and avoid Vodafone if possible, the worst 4G in Oxfordshire.
They are both a waste of money and time.

Good, some of the app functions are gimmicky and useless.
Battery life seems good.
If you are wanting a tracker, this is not for you. It is closer to a Fitbit and doesn't record location, so you cannot see where your dog has been..
