Great car and good service , i had only one problem with the drop off , I indicate at the pickup that a small damage was not highlighted in the original papers , the Locauto person in charge took note but didn’t added to the contract. At my drop i had to explain that and signe a declaration with the facts. I fund that a bit strange and unfortunate.
The pick-up was quick, and the return process was just as smooth. We were pleasantly surprised to receive a larger car than expected, with very low fuel consumption. However, a small downside was that no one explained how the car worked or provided information on local driving rules. We were sometimes caught off guard by road signs, such as sudden speed limits of 50 km/h on roads where 110 km/h or 90 km/h was expected.
Additionally, I did not receive any information about the car’s dashboard or the automatic speed regulation system. Since it was my first time driving a Seat Leon, a brief explanation would have been helpful. Despite this, the overall experience was very positive. Highly recommended!
great service on pickup & dropoff. friendly staff. definitely worth the slight premium over other brands, especially since no credit card / hefty deposit is required.
Super fast car pick up, because of online check-in. I had to return car on Malpensa T2, but I was departing from T1, so the staff girl initiated the talk about my departure and offered me to return the car to T1 instead for my convenience.
The car was in good condition also.

Amazing experience! the car was brand new and it was very easy to get it and give back. no hidden fees, everything was very clear! no requirement for a credit card was also an advantage.

With an online check in process ahead of time it was a really efficient process. Good price, located at the airport it was ideal for what we needed for the trip.

Everything is not bad, but the cars are not fully checked before they are handed over to the customers - the first Ford Tourneo Custom offered to us had a badly attached license plate, so we got another car, a VW Caravelle. However, it also had problems - the warning light for adding engine oil was constantly on. Also, one of the rear brake lights was not working.
But despite all the problems I have listed, the staff was very nice and helpful :)

worked very well, but I I didn't like when I booked it I had full coverage insurance and when I came to pick up the car they told me that I had this insurance with a broker and not them so if something happen I have to pay them and claim it to the broker, Nothing happen but I didn't like this arrangement, it could have been informed me when I booked it.
