SCAM!

They don't care about what they do. I have moved in and it took them 2 weeks to send someone to connect the outlet. I paid for 250mbps and only got 170mbps connection. That wouldn't be that big of a deal if my pack didn't cost 40e a month (after 6 months).

I decided to buy my own router as they only provide overpirsed Fritzbox and bought a nice TP-link DSL router. THEY REFUSED TO ALLOW ME TO SET UP A BRIDGE MODE! They don't disclose it but "bring your own router" means "buy your own fritzbox so we can configure it from afar." Before I got this information I spent 2 hours on calls, got hung up on at least 5 times for not speaking German and 3 hours and half a tank of petrol buying and testing different cables, routers and modems.

I now am stuck in a two year contract but I don't have the strength to do anything anymore.

PS: The speeds suck I have normal values 200mbps and I'd be happy for 180 if it was reliable. Realistically I am getting 120 ish most of the time.

I have been customer for more than 5…

I have been customer for more than 5 years and always happy ( im used to read always the small letter) until today.

Its the 16th of the month and they say i used the 20GBs of my data, when that is imposible. Im a computer engineer and im currently working from home , and my phone is always connected to the wifi, also i only use the phone for whatsup and telegram ( never video stream or games), and have the 5g in save mode when im in the street.

Also in the past i have been traveling around using my phone for everything on a daily basis and never spend more than 10 or 12 gbs.

It makes no sense, and should be a mistake from them. I wrote several times Customer Support and they only answer with automatic written messages talking about ordering x9 times the data snack that vosts 5 euros each to have again data.

My contract obligation finish in three month, i will Kundig if they dont offer me a solution.

Sometimes cheap is more expensive!
