MDT Design have been fantastic from initial concept through to full approval of plans (and every little tweak in between!)

Communication and response times were amazing. Matt and his team have vast experience in dealing with local planning and building control matters and that was evident throughout the process when trying to bottom out even the very minor details.

His contacts and referrals are of an equally high standard and we definitely appreciated the steer.

I couldn't recommend Matt from MDT Design highly enough. He is an honest guy who is pleasant to work with. Came out to meet us and turned around our design and plans really quickly. Helped us with the planning permission after a few hiccups and has advised us on structural engineers and builders too for our single storey extension and kitchen design. Thanks Matt! I highly recommend.

We are very happy with help and advice Matt has given us. The double story extension to the side of our house, has been something my wife and I have wanted since we bought it. Matt has helped make it happen. He is relaxed and approachable and we warmly recommend him.

We could not recommend Matt enough.

He has helped us design and obtain approval for our dream home. He was the perfect mix of bringing his own experience and ideas while very open and accommodating to our ideas and wishes.

Through the whole process Matt was always available to us whenever we needed any support and was able to nudge us when appropriate to ensure we kept on track with deadlines. He was also extremely responsive and we were never waiting on him for anything as it was done straight away.

Matt helped take all the stress away from the process and guide us through the planning we have no obtained.

Having met other architects to quote for extending the rear of our property, Matt stood out as the person who listened to what we wanted and looked at the project holistically. He took into account how our family used the space and our future needs. He understood that this was a significant decision for us and offered comprehensive ideas to how we could achieve this. We are midway through the project and it offers us more than we could have imagined. Matt has supported us through every stage and offered advice where needed. We are really excited about living in our new space and the way it will change our lives. Matt has made the whole process from initial discussions through planning to construction very easy. We cannot recommend him enough.

I have really enjoyed working with Matt. Matt was really quick to come froward with a sensible quote for a loft conversion design and brought some style and common sense suggestions to the design. Not the kind of service one uses regularly so it's an interesting choice who to engage.

We chose Matt because he clearly has extensive experience in our area (chandlers ford) ; he has a creative eye and made a number of great suggestions which made it to our final design; he knows the planning process and requirements well and we had confidence he could help get us through that step (and we did); he also listened to our ideas taking some on board and challenging back on others - a great process that got us a design we are excited about.

We have enjoyed a very good experience with MDT Design, our house design is brilliant!

Matt always gave us good advice as he guided us through some very challenging times with planning building regulations and anything else that came up, making our experience much smoother.

We are now half way through the build and can't wait to move in, thank you Matt X
