Tech Customer Support at Merlyn is probably the best I've ever come across. Bill Muldowney handled my enquiry super quickly and with a brilliant outcome. I had another issue a few years ago which was also resolved in a similar fashion. Why can't all companies respond like this?

Excellent customer service and always helpful. I had a query about a small spare part, Paul immediately had the part and advised the cost and availability. As it was only a small component he had it in the post that evening and I had it next day. Not my first time dealing with customer service and I have always found them excellent and fast to fix the issue. I’ve had several Merlyn shower enclosures and contacted them for the first time few days ago and was so impressed with their customer service, namely Aidan for his fantastic help.
Due to a leak with badly fitted tiles, we carefully removed existing enclosure but unfortunately damaged the profiles in the process.. after contacted them intending to pay for replacement ones and after receiving my pictures they offered to send all out free including full set of seals - never had such great customer experience so wanted to call this out, definately went way and beyond!!

No order acknowledgement received for the very expensive shower door wheels and just as expensive delivery charge of £9:50 for standard delivery. Worried now I may not even receive the order. Disappointing service.

We have two Merlyn shower units in our house and they have been outstanding products with great longevity.
