We ordered a matress from Michael Murphy , Today delivery was done by Dean and Bernard , which was very reliable , in exact time ,they were very polite ,easygoing and nice people , even they lift mattress up on 2nd floor to make it easier for me.
I am very satisfied and happy.
Five * for the guys. Highly recommended.

I purchased a bed in Wexford off a fabulous lady, I’m not sure if her name was Jean or Jane. I highly recommend this lady. Her knowledge and her expertise was fantastic!

I had 2 great guys deliver my items today, Arran and Cezary, they were very tidy and efficient. Put my items together for me very quickly and left no mess!

Minor adjustment needed to sofa bought last month. Response to email, same day. Service engineer called to house 8 AM following day and fixed sofa very quickly.

Was delighted with our two products apart from one small defect with the positioning of a cabinet catch which I had to reposition. Not a big deal.
The delivery was prompt and couldn't have had nicer delivery guys with Craig and Jay.

The 2 lads Fionn and Kieran were brilliant the lads did a great job. They came on time and worked hard getting the bed made up, had little room to manage but they did it without a fuss and got the job done. Well done lads.

Craig and Jay were friendly, on time and very helpful
However, I would not trust the website in terms of timelines or order from them if you need something by a particular daye.
When I ordered it online the website said it was in stock and over webchat I was told they would book a delivery date asap. A week later I got a curt, badly written line from Michael Murphy furnishings informing me that the mattress would take a few weeks to arrive in their warehouse & longer before it would be delivered and I was asked if I still wanted to go ahead with the order. The customer service department aren't big on communication or responding to requests for information.
As I said, the delivery drivers were efficient.
