I never received my package and customer service has been kind, but unhelpful. Despite multiple attempts to reach out with their delivery partner, I get no reply at all. At this point, I feel scammed. I paid a lot (I ordered in bulk) for a product that never arrived, and there's no clear resolution in sight. Extremely disappointing experience—would not recommend ordering from here! I would like to get my package or a full refund.

So I told her, “From today I will always take care of running the dishwashers, and you won't know whether I'm using ordinary detergent or Mother Heart's detergent; you'll tell me when you feel the dishes aren't washed well.” She has never complained, so the product is 100% approved!
The product itself it very nice, easy to use also. The dishes are clean.
However I don't like how misleading the quantities are advertised. It's claimed that you are buying 60 pieces (60 washes), however there's only 30 in the package, which you can tear in half, IF you don't have a full load, or your dishes are not so dirty. So basically, if you generally pack your dishwasher full, you only have 30 pieces in one package. Not so cheap anymore...
Mother Earth does exactly as promised
The laundry is clean and fresh, my dishes are clean and there is visibly less residue. The strips are easy to use and store. We have been pleasantly surprised and will continue to order both the laundry and dishwasher strips going forward.
We LOVED the donation to the animal shelter too, such a thoughtful and practical contribution.
Together we are making the world a better place by reducing toxins and plastic waste in cleaning products while making donations to people and animals in need.

I first purchased the eco-friendly laundry detergent, and I absolutely love how easy it is to use and how effective it is at cleaning. The scent is very pleasant, and I also appreciate that the small envelope with detergent strips takes up very little space compared to traditional detergents.
Later, I decided to order the dishwasher detergent, and I am very happy with the results. It cleans thoroughly, is environmentally friendly, and is simple to use. I’m also pleased with the price and the convenience of not having to remember when to buy more—my favorite detergent arrives in my mailbox at the interval I selected.

Very good product for the dishwasher. It gives a safe feeling of definitely no chemicals on the plates. I will also try for the laundry. Thank you for creating this great product. Tipp: keep the prices affordable that it reaches as many people as possible and doesn’t give the idea of “only for rich people are the good stuff”.
