Andy & Chris were professionals from start to finish. They handled my case in a timely manner and ensured I received the best price for my car which was written off in a rear end collision. Although the 3rd party were slow in responding they kept me updated with the progress.

I had a great and hassle-free experience! I had a rear-end crash at a third party's fault. I was annoyed because I didn't want to loose my no-claim bonus and this company was the first thing coming up after a quick Google search. I was a bit sceptical at first and probably many people reading these reviews are feeling the same. "Too good to be true" came to my mind many times. Now the whole process is finished, I really had a hassle-free experience, only had to call them and give the details, etc. They took care of everything, I got a hire car for the duration of the whole process without paying a penny, and got a nice payment compensation for my car which was written off. If you're considering contacting them, I'd say go for it!

Both Chris and Andy at Claimsline were very helpful throughout what turned into a very difficult claim.

They sorted out retrieval and storage of our car, independent valuation and replacement
hire car really quickly and super efficiently; a huge relief!

Through no fault of theirs, it proved nearly impossible to get an answer by phone or email from the third party insurer! The reason we went to Claimsline for help in the first place.

However, once we finally managed to establish a line of communication with the third party insurance company, Chris and Andy sorted out the damage payment (the car was a write off) speedily and without problems.

Great and hassle-free

Con artist posing as HASTINGS!!!!

Disgusting! I called up thinking they were hasting (as on google it says hasting customers next to their telephone number), and they confirmed they were when I asked and they contact the person I crashed into saying they were Hastings (this isn’t the first time according to Hastings that they have posed as Hastings!). So not only have they prayed and conned someone during a road accident in crisis, they are now refusing to hand my car over my actual insurance until I paid £250. Vile and when I call the original number that I called during my crisis, they’ve confidently have technical issues and now blocked me to cover their tracks

The best company
The best company I’ve dealt with for my claim. My insurance was helping me and same for other companies. Found this one and in about 2 weeks my claim has been dealt with. Spoke to Andy throughout. All over amazing experience.

Would highly recommend this company…

Would highly recommend this company having being sceptical at first I spoke to an amazing representative Natasha who talked me through the whole process and explained how the company operates
I was offered a courtesy car that was delivered after 6 pm the same day , I was kept fully informed throughout
Would definitely recommend this service to anyone who is unfortunate to be the innocent party in an accident

This is what customer service should be for everyone.
Had a traumatic car crash not hurt but really shaken on phoning found Natasha to be really helpful and patient she organised everything really quickly for me courtesy car was delivered next day all my queries handled in a kind way.
It was also affirming to speak to the same person each time I phoned

Went through my insurance to deal with…

Went through my insurance to deal with a claim after an accident. Over a week of waiting and my insurance made no progress with my claim, they did not even provide me with a courtesy car, even though I was covered for it. After speaking to Chris at motor claims line, I got a courtesy car and had my old car taken to storage the next day, they dealt with my claim quickly and professionally. Would highly recommend.

I had an exceptional experience with…

I had an exceptional experience with Motor Claims, starting my journey with them on September 15th, and they quickly became my go-to resource for handling my no-fault accident. It took me a while to write this review because my work schedule kept me busy, but I wanted to take my time to express my appreciation, as they truly deserve it. Initially, I had my doubts since I had never used their services before and was just going by the grapevine of online reviews. However, taking a leap of faith with them turned out to be a stroke of luck, as they managed everything effortlessly on my behalf.

They were quick to handle matters with the third-party insurance company. Even though it felt like forever, it was just a few weeks of them liaising on my behalf. They also arranged for a courtesy car through Enterprise, who were fantastic in their service.

Despite my many questions and concerns, they showed remarkable patience and were all ears, addressing all my worries without missing a beat. I especially want to tip my hat to one representative, whose name I can't recall, for her outstanding support and unwavering willingness to listen. I wholeheartedly recommend Motor Claims; they truly are the cream of the crop, and I would choose them again in a heartbeat!
