Andy & Chris were professionals from start to finish. They handled my case in a timely manner and ensured I received the best price for my car which was written off in a rear end collision. Although the 3rd party were slow in responding they kept me updated with the progress.

I had a great and hassle-free experience! I had a rear-end crash at a third party's fault. I was annoyed because I didn't want to loose my no-claim bonus and this company was the first thing coming up after a quick Google search. I was a bit sceptical at first and probably many people reading these reviews are feeling the same. "Too good to be true" came to my mind many times. Now the whole process is finished, I really had a hassle-free experience, only had to call them and give the details, etc. They took care of everything, I got a hire car for the duration of the whole process without paying a penny, and got a nice payment compensation for my car which was written off. If you're considering contacting them, I'd say go for it!

Both Chris and Andy at Claimsline were very helpful throughout what turned into a very difficult claim.

They sorted out retrieval and storage of our car, independent valuation and replacement
hire car really quickly and super efficiently; a huge relief!

Through no fault of theirs, it proved nearly impossible to get an answer by phone or email from the third party insurer! The reason we went to Claimsline for help in the first place.

However, once we finally managed to establish a line of communication with the third party insurance company, Chris and Andy sorted out the damage payment (the car was a write off) speedily and without problems.

Good people and good service

Somebody hit my car and as I was only third party, fire and theft, my insurance company weren't very helpful. Someone suggested motor claims line and although it's been a stressful couple of weeks, Andy and the team have been great.
All my questions have been answered in a way I understand and I've been happy with the result.

AAA* service!!

My claim CC/19248 was dealt with fast and effectively. Since the day of my accident I have been in a courtesy car even before my car got taken in and I have experience being totally comfortable at all times. Natasha, contacted me and was very willing to help and support me every step of the way. I am very grateful for everything and the company lived up to every expectation and more. After my car was involved in an accident that wasn't my fault I was so stressed and didn't know what to do. Thankfully Andy at Motor Claims was there to give me advice and help every step of the way. Andy and the team were fantastic after…

Andy and the team were fantastic after an accident that wasn't my fault. They sorted out a hire car and dealt with the 3rd party insurance as they refused to accept liability. Would definitely recommend Motor Claims Line to anyone after an accident. Thanks Andy and the team.

A quality experience!

The guys over at motor claims line are first class. I was involved in a crash and found the insurance a bit cumbersome but they were recommended to me and they dealt with everything. I recently had an exceptional…

I recently had an exceptional experience with Motor Claims Line and I feel compelled to share it. After an unfortunate incident where a person hit my car and ran off, but luckily left their car their for me to get the details, it wrote my car off totally. The process was incredibly stressful until my husband found Motor Claims Line.

Giving them a try was one of the best decisions I've made. From the moment I got in touch with them, the service was nothing short of amazing. They offered a courtesy car but i had just brought a new car and was looking to sell my old one, so i didn't need one, they they said they would still be able to help me.

Although the claim settlement with the third party's insurance took a while, due to the company the other party insurance was with, they kept me updated and was extremely helpful and honest when i called in.

In the end, not only did I receive a higher value for my car compared to what i was going to sell for, but it was stress free using them.

Motor Claims Line managed my claim process exceptionally, far beyond what I could have ever imagined.

I highly recommend their services to anyone in need of accident management and aftercare. A well-deserved 5 stars!

Exceptional Service and Support - Motor Claims Line Exceeds Expectations

I recently had an exceptional experience with Motor Claims Line and I feel compelled to share it. After an unfortunate incident where a drunk driver hit my car, I was initially dealing with my own insurance company. The process was incredibly stressful; they undervalued my car, didn't provide a courtesy car, and were going to reduce my no-claim bonus, which would have increased my insurance premium the following year.

In my search for a better solution, I found Motor Claims Line, highly rated on Trustpilot. Deciding to give them a try was one of the best decisions I've made. From the moment I got in touch with them, the service was nothing short of amazing. They provided a courtesy car on the same afternoon I contacted them, which was a huge relief.

Although the claim settlement with the third party's insurance took a month, mainly due to the Christmas period holidays, I had the courtesy vehicle for the entire duration. In the end, not only did I receive a higher value for my car compared to what my insurance had offered, but it also didn’t affect my no-claim bonus since I didn’t have to claim under my own policy. This means my insurance premium for the upcoming year will remain low.

Motor Claims Line managed my entire claim process exceptionally well, far beyond what I could have ever imagined. Their professionalism, efficiency, and the ease with which they handled everything made a difficult situation much less stressful. I highly recommend their services to anyone in need of accident management and aftercare. A well-deserved 5 stars!

Danielle is a superstar!!!!

I can't thank you enough, not only did you take care of everything, Danielle was like my personal counsellor, helping step by step with a very stressful situation. This company should never let her go, her patience is incredible, she answered all my questions and offered advice. I don't know how I would of coped, so thank you hardly seems enough. I obviously don't want to have an accident or want any of my friends & family to either but if the worst was to happen I would definitely recommend and/or use this company again. So again Danielle thank you, you really are a superstar and I want you to know I really did appreciate your help.

It took a lot of stress off of me

It took a lot of stress off of me, I've never been in an accident before and I honestly didn't know how to deal with the whole situation. I found this company on Google and they were great right from the start. They dealt with the insurance company and organised a fantastic replacement car whilst mines was being repaired. It was done to a very high standard and didn't cost me at all. They didn't pester me with calls and just kept me in the loop about the replacement car and my car being dropped off and collected. I don't have a single complaint about them, their service was perfect start to finish.

Look no further than this company in times of an accident.

I’ve never claimed in 35 years of driving and had no idea of the process involved, yet Motor Claims have been fantastic throughout, they not only got everything dealt with they were also very informative and understanding.

Our little Toyota was past her best yet had given us some truly amazing memories, what we got back for her was above our expectations thanks to Motor Claims Line but fitting for such a brilliant car.

We cannot recommend MCL enough, if you’re stuck and need help in an accident that wasn’t your fault these are the people to come to, 10/10 every day of the week.
