Video recorded all of my game play and it鈥檚 shocking how their games never pay in return. Out of almost 拢300 played on 拢1 the game never dropped a major in game bonus. Unbelievable! I tried to talk to customer service about why my account was suspended and my bonuses disabled on my account and they never replied. Can鈥檛 get in to my account with no communication from anyone from their team. Unbelievable that in 2025 almost there are still sites out there like this that get licensed by the gambling commissioner

This is ridiculous got a bonus on lion saga and it kicked me off. Then stated I can鈥檛 play any other game until this bonus is played off which I can鈥檛 do. I鈥檝e tried over 50 times but as soon I reload the game it kicks me back to the home page. Waited over an hour for a response from customer service with nothing g then they replied which I wasn鈥檛 aware of and because I wasn鈥檛 active in three minutes closed the chat. It鈥檚 absolutely ridiculous that this is happening. I鈥檝e got my win and the bonus I鈥檓 missing from the game

Poor gambling site overall
Poor gambling site overall. Games are full of glitches and kick you out quite regularly saying technical errors. Tried using several Internet browsers but made no difference. A fair few tools in the menu interface don't seem to work on top of everything with the additional poor customer service feed back and automated service. Typical site more interested in your money than providing good customer service in general.

I would also like to mention that, although it's down to luck and could never be proven, the games on this site seem to give the poorest rtp return I have encountered compared to any other site. It seems quite common to end upto staking 35-40x before seeing a return, which is 99% of the time a 1-2x rtp return. This seems to happen even on higher rtp slots of 96% and up. This site seems to drain your credit quickly which unfortunately for some can entice addicts into a chase to win scenario where you could be tempted to deposit more over shorter periods. My advice would be to avoid this site at all costs, good luck

Loyalty pays with Neptuneplay. Been with them for a year now and the VIP perks are impressive. Personal account manager and exclusive bonuses make a big difference. Even more, company often has interesting updates and bonuses for the players, but as for me the best their side is pretty high odds rates on e-sprorts events, kindly recommend.

Terrible live help and slow withdrawals

Requested a withdrawal of 拢10 on 15th November, which was sat as pending for days. 6 days after the request I receive an email asking for photos of my bank card, which i had unfortunately lost earlier in the week. I sent bank statements for that card to verify my ownership of the account but they kept insisting on photos of the card. They then asked for a letter from my bank, confirming the card was cancelled (which they don't do), THEN they asked for photos of the card again! Still waiting for my withdrawal 12 days later. I've given them more than enough documentation to verify me.

Customer Service "live chat" is a joke too. They don't respond for two hours, by which time you have been disconnected and logged out so you have to do it all again!

Absolutely avoid.

Absolute joke of a site

Absolute joke of a site! I requested 拢60 out on Sunday afternoon, been told it would be processed within 24 hours after 24 hours was told can take up to 2 business days then just messaged this morning to be told it can take up to 6 days! They are literally making it up as they go and it鈥檚 a joke! I requested 拢100 back in August and received it in my bank 15 minutes later yet the 拢60 hasn鈥檛 even been approved 2 days later! I have seen many other reviews on here regarding the site so will be staying well away from now on! DON鈥橳 WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY.

Theives!!

Edit. I have since had my money and they are now faster with payouts. Constantly restricting my account though.

I won 28k. Withdrew 10k as this is the maximum you are allowed.
After a few days back and forth uploading documents I received my 10k.
I then Withdrew another 10k and then 8k on the same day. I had an email asking for a payslip, so when I tried to log into my account to do so, they blocked my account- access denied!! Absolutely disgusting. I have proof of all winnings and withdrawal requests, but no idea how to go about getting my money.
Shame, as I've found them to be okay in the past with much smaller wins, they take a few days to pay out, but I've always had my money until now.
Why email me asking for documents with a link to my account and block me from accessing it?
Because of this, I woukd recommend that you AVOID this casino.
Thieves.

I recieved my withdrawal

I won 拢1000 on sunday morning at 2:00am i was so worried i wouldn鈥檛 get it as i checked the reviews on here it was a bit of a wait but i got it today as soon as it was approved so overall i waited like 3 days but as long as you provide the documents and they are approved you will be paid and i only put on 拢10 and got a bonus 拢10 and i then won 拢120 but then had to wager 拢400 but as i was doing higher bets i managed to win like 拢1400 then i withdrawn the 拢1000 after wagering 拢400 was definitely worth the wait and a good casino

HELP!?? 28k WIN

Well after the reviews on here it鈥檚 clear to say I don鈥檛 think I鈥檓 ever going to receive my withdrawals!
On the 31st of October I won 28k on this website this will be 3 weeks on Thursday I have been on live chat to them every single day asking when this is going to be approved for payment. The same answers as everyone else wait for an email. I鈥檝e put complaints in which there emailed me with the same response as the live chat no moving forward at all I鈥檓 now locked out of my account. Can anyone help with moving this forward what I should do as this is a large sum of money that I will not just forget about. The customer service is shocking I want to take this further. 3 weeks is an awful long time for it to just be approved when I鈥檝e sent all relevant information in that there have asked for.

The rng is not favourable at all

The rng is not favourable at all. Astonishing low win rates and if a win ever lands it tends to be very low amount.

I'll stick with other sites.

A newby worried, but... Read on

No issues with a 拢2k withdrawal (3 working day taken) all I can say is....make sure you're not currently excluded by Gamstop or if the exclusion has ended with Gamstop there's a possibility that this has not been lifted by the casino.

The key for Pending withdrawals (must go back onto the original method) to be successful is plenty of I.D to upload (they won't ask for this or remind you!). There communication is not great. All I uploaded was.i.e..
P/port. Payment card,p ayPal/bank statement associated to you deposits
Also a recent utility bill. That will do..

I was worried reading these poor reviews. But adding a bank statement with salary to the other docs that I previously uploaded. The money was in my account 30mins later this afternoon..

Access Denied !!!!!

Made an account last night, deposited 拢25 and won 拢300 so I requested to withdraw this, deposited 拢50 last night and didn't win anything, have tried logging into my account to check my 拢300 withdrawal status and it says "access denied" I have even changed the password again and still says access denied.

Complete scammers.
