Terrible customer service, Avoid like plague
Terrible customer service.
Ordered a table with these guys in November 24, the produt was 210x100. they wrote in January stating that they can not deliver 210 but 200 and gave me a 10% discount. The delivery was for week 7. They then told me that there is a delay from week 7 to week 10. Now its delayed again from week 10 to week 12. Their customer service is from third world country.
They do not know how to keep promises. They are thieves and i still do not have my table.
Update 12/3 - They cancelled my order without even consulting with me! Thieves! NO! JUST NO!

Bad experience - too much DELAY
The quality is almost good, we had ordered before and were satisfied and thats why we purchased again… BUT I had a very bad experience this time and I should share! I ordered two dining table chairs on December 14th, expecting delivery in 2-3 days. It took over two months with constant delays. Their customer service was unresponsive and each time I reached out they sent me a prewritten message! Even after requesting a refund, they sent the product instead, when I was waiting for the refund!!!!
Anyway, I personally avoid purchasing from Nimara, they cannot be trusted at all!

Very slow response

Unlegal practices and impossible to contact
I had an incredibly frustrating experience with this company, and I strongly advise others to be cautious. I ordered four chairs, but the company (Nimara) canceled the payment without any explanation and failed to communicate for over a month. Then, out of nowhere, they charged me again without my consent.
When I contacted them to request that the chairs not be delivered—since I had already found alternatives—they ignored my request and sent them anyway. After receiving the chairs, I reached out to arrange a return, they said i have to being 4 big chairs to them and but they simply stopped responding.
This kind of behavior is unacceptable and, in my opinion, a clear violation of consumer rights which state they need to deliver witjin a month. If you're considering making a purchase, be aware that their customer service is virtually non-existent when issues arise, just a whatsapp number no-one replies to. This review is just the first step—I am prepared to take proper legal action to ensure they are held accountable if no remediation is provided. Dining chair
The quality is good overall, but the chairs were delivered about three weeks late. Additionally, the legs are imbalanced—three of them wobble slightly, indicating they are not equal in length.

customer service and product quality is pretty bad
we bought a table here. after 1 month we have deformation which they argue is our fault. im very disappointed by the customer service and the quality of their product. never buying here again.

The delivery just left the package…
The delivery just left the package downstairs in the common area there was a big enough lift that the package can be delivered to my door. Sofa was a bit smaller than I thought but easy to bput together

Damaged order
My order is completely damaged and delivery guy refused to bring it inside the house although we had paid €49 shipping fee.
Now even if we get a refund, €49 will be lost for receiving a broken table?
