Things were clear and simple. I like how, when you make a deposit, you very quickly get a message telling you that your deposit has been received. It's reassuring.
The application process was easy to do, clear and made complete sense, with well written and succinct info and instructions. Ongoing comms have also been clear and relevant. Both the website and app do what's required and include all the key info needed within the core screens. I'm very pleased I've set up the account.
On the whole a good service is provided. However it would be useful if you could transfer money in from a range of accounts rather than a nominated account. There are also delays in notifying when funds are received which could be improved upon.

Great to deal with..but needs better bond loyalty rates
I find Oaknorth a great bank to deal with and great, uncomplicated user interface. Only request would be for a better loyalty rate on bond renewal time to save me having to move my funds to achieve a competitive rate
