I have been with this bank for a number of years. It offers good saving rates and the online system appears to work smoothly.I receive appropriate reminders about imminent maturity dates with ample guidance of new products on offer.I recently reinvested a maturing account and this was done swiftly and with a good flow of information.

No complaints, a reputable company with good rates and will keep you informed about your savings with them via a portal. I have rolled my ISA on for another year with OakNorth, that in itself speaks volumes.

Nothing too complicated about my on line transactions with Oak North ... good fixed rates for short term investments

Rated 3 out of 5 stars

My family opened ISA Fixed rate ISAs with OakNorth but their emails of the fixed interest rate are contradictory. For example, an opening account email confirms a rate of 4.47% AER Fixed, then 11 days later an email advises "we are increasing your rate to 4.5% AER". If you do not want confusion in your life, maybe don't consider OakNorth.
Also I have noticed if you open an account and delay funding, the interest rate increases (or maybe a coincidence)
