Wished I read this site before ordering. I ordered from Olivia Toronto but the correspondence came from Olivia Vancouver. The item arrived within a week which was great but the item was of terrible quality. The fabric felt like sandpaper and the zipper was crooked. I contacted them right away and they responded very quickly. I requested a refund. They responded and advised that I would have to provide a photo image confirming the garment was not damaged, which was fine. They confirmed that I qualified for a refund but then proceeded to barter a % of the refund only (it started at 15%) and when I indicated that I wanted nothing but a 100% refund, they gave me an address in China and noted they do not pay for shipping or fees. Nothing on their site suggested I had to return the item to China and the quality didn't come close to matching what was described on IG. Buyer beware.

Terrible coat and no refund. I ordered a wool coat and received some stinky polyester rubbish that looks nothing like the pictures. Requested a refund and was only offered 25%. Still to receive that. Run don’t walk away!

I ordered a double sided long coat back in June. Didn't receive it. Courier information was not correct. They do not respond to emails. I requested a refund and still nothing. Fraudsters. Taking people's money and nothing in return. This is their excuse....

We regret to inform you that your order #2116, placed on 6/6, has been lost in transit. Unfortunately, the courier company did not notify us about this issue in a timely manner.

Do not order anything from this company.

Do not buy anything from this company. The quality of the clothes is shocking. I ordered three items and sent them back to China. They are now apparently sitting in customs after a month, I’ve contacted customer service (if you can call them that!) with no reply. Don’t think I’ll be seeing my $279 again. So angry!!

Terrible scam. Ordered a shirt, the shirt that arrived bore no relation to the online description and picture, sizing all wrong and material cheap ploycotton not a linen mix. Have contacted company for a refund- no response at all. Avoid!

DO NOT BUY From this company - poor quality products - goods look NOTHING like the images on the website - once you try and return the goods you get options like a store credit, 25% discount & when pushed some warehouse in outback China - They do not even deserve one star - It is companies like this that give China a bad reputation for online purchasing

This company should not be in business.
The quality of the clothes is very very cheap. I had asked for a full refund when the items had not even been shipped from China, there response was it had and once they arrived I could return. You as the customer are responsible for the return payment, they offered to give me 15% refund of my price which is an absolute disgrace, and insult. This company should be closed down. Its a total scam

Worst experience of online shopping. Ordered 2 x coats initially. They looked fab online. When they came, I was more than disappointed. Awful quality. Not what I paid for. They persuaded me to keep them and offered me a gift card. I said ok, and ordered a men's jacket.
This was even worse than the others!!!
I'm so shocked. I literally can't believe it. It's not even the same! Buttons are different, it's thin and horrible. I paid over $100 for this. I feel like such a fool.

I bought a "denim" jumpsuit that I had seen, I thought was on the official website...
I bought this suit for 45 euros on sale when it was originally 90 euros, for 90 euros I expected something good, I received the suit with threads sticking out everywhere, a very low quality material which was nothing like jeans, how can I tell you, I was fooled so avoid this site at all costs, incomprehensible to find things of such low quality at such high prices!!!

I purchased a sequined duster for an upcoming cruise. The sleeves caught on the body of the duster and the lining was crooked. I went back to return it a week later and the store was closed and empty.

Sadly I wish i'd seen these reviews. Bought a cashmere top. It arrived weeks later from China..55% acrylic 45% cotton...no cashmere. Quality is shocking. Seriously do not buy.
30% off other items offered as good will! Why they think I would want to spend more money on this company is beyond me.
Just offered 30% refund but don't trust them to process it. Cutting my losses and calling it a day.
Stick to known brands like M&S, Reiss, Zara etc...

I saw the lounge wear advertised on Pinterest. The videos and pictures are not the same as the product that arrives. The material is cheap, the fit is rubbish and pants too short. When asked for a refund they offered 30% and eventually 50%. The cost to return the item from the UK leaves you with slightly more than half of what you paid for it.

They eventually tell you you can’t return it but if there’s any import duty when it arrives back to China that you’ll be liable.

They basically get away with charging more for the rubbish products and issue refunds of 50%.

At the bottom of their website they have fake reviews at the bottom which are all 5 star, which is clearly not the case.

Do not order from here and definitely read the reviews. I wish I did.

Do not buy from this company. When I wanted to return my product they offered instead a 30% discount. When I reply that I don’t want that, I would like to return the product, they stop answering. No more respond to my email!!

Absolutely awful. I’ve never written a review and came here because I was so irritated by this company. I placed an order and instead of a confirmation or tracking updates, my card was billed and I received an email telling me to come back and complete my order. After a week of no confirmation email and a further four emails asking for a confirmation and then a refund when it was too late for Christmas, no reply. Constantly spammed with emails of offers yet no reply to a refund request. When I came here to leave a review and saw how this has already happened to others I lost hope of a refund. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE. Wish I could leave zero stars, just goes to show you should read reviews before ordering from an unfamiliar website. Hopefully someone sees this and manages to avoid the scam. Hope whoever runs this site had an awful Christmas.

This company is a classic case of a Chinese scam. I found out the hard way, do not make the same mistake. The pictures are a rip off of other brands, and the quality is nothing like what they promise. The delivery is within '48 hours' but its coming from China so its around 4 weeks. They do not accept refunds on sale items, and you guessed it - everything is on sale. The customer services told me to give the product to a 'friend' if I do not like it. My friends are not my enemies so I would not do that to them. Do not fall for it. I hope they shut down soon as this is not any way to do business. Olivia's store, I sincerely hope you see this.

this company is a scam, i have emailed them several times about a late delivery, no response. the package then turned up looking nothing like the pictures, cheap and tacky, like pjamas (it was a set of flares and a long sleeve top) i have emailed again about and refund and return but yet again no response. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY THE PICTURES ARENT ORIGINAL PICTURES OF AN ITEM
